I'm just starting with two "negative" things. 1) Pellets are needed for the stove, as it is more comfortable for the client and more romantic, (but not really necessary for heating). 2) A larger hot water tank is needed for the bathtub, as hot water is used up quickly. Now we are talking about the benefits of the environment. ☺️ It was a luxurious, cozy apartment, with ample space and comfort. The apartment was a romantic place, where the lights and the bathtub with hot water had a great effect. The bed was king size, spacious and comfortable, heating with a large central air conditioner that was sufficient for heating the environment. (The stove is needed more for romance). It was a very clean environment and everything was shiny. I highly recommend this place and if you want to spend a nice night, choose it. Shaida was also always ready to answer any questions we had. (I would suggest that you welcome guests with something, maybe a small bottle of wine and some snacks) See u Agai

A wonderful little apartment in the center of Pogradec. Super clean with a well functioning AC. Leonore is super sweet and very quick to answer messages. We booked the apartment in the morning when coming with the bus from Tirana and were able to check in when we arrived. Highly recommend this airbnb!

El departamento es bonito, nuevo y super limpio mucho más bonito que las fotos. Tiene estacionamiento privado y una pequeña terraza. Realmente te sientes como en casa. La mamá de Christina muy amable, detallista nos invitó cosas muy ricas. Tanto Christina, como su familia están siempre disponibles. El sitio es perfecto, seguro tranquilo y céntrico. Realmente recomiendo elegir este lugar:)!!! The apartment is beautiful, new, and super clean (much nicer than the photos). It has private parking and a small terrace. You really feel at home. Christina's mother is very kind and thoughtful, and she treated us to delicious treats. Both Christina and her family are always available. The location is perfect, safe, quiet, and centrally located. I highly recommend this place!

You have a beautiful view of the lake in the morning and evening here. Many fruit trees on the property and also some animals you will see here. ( cats , sheep and chickens) You are completely private in this great cabin and should do the shopping already on arrival, as the nearest "supermarket" is a little further away. From the host we were provided some water and fresh eggs for free. We were very satisfied.

**"Amazing stay by the lake!"** We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lake, which made our mornings so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed—truly felt like a home away from home. Lavdie was an absolute gem—super quick to respond to any questions and her detailed instructions made self check-in a breeze. It was such a seamless experience from start to finish. Our stay was amazing ! The host was very nice and friendly. She told us that the road to go to the south was only accessible by 4x4s which was valuable information for our trip. The place was super clean and the view from the room was breathtaking. It was truly beautiful, we even had breakfast at the outside tables in front of the canyon. 10/10 would recommend it! Thanks again for everything.

Nice location. Very close to the artificial hill for skiing. The house was very warm. The fireplace was perfect. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, so that was very comfortable. Whatever question we had Arba gave us an immediate answer. Her cousin was at the next house so in 1 minute maximum we had everything. And very friendly both of them. Very nice restaurants with local foods very close. Great option for families and value for money.

This stay is just new, but definitely liked it! Old Town is about a fifteen-minute walk. Room looks good and there is also a nice roof terrace with beautiful views. Very friendly host! He made sure a delicious breakfast was waiting for us the next morning.

Orlando responds fast, friendly and with efficiency. The apartment is located next to the busstation and easy to get a local bus to the Bazar. Clean apartment with airco 🫠 good price-quality!
