Holiday rentals with a patio in Vista Santa Rosa

We stayed here for Week 1 of Coachella and the location was perfect. The AC and fans were so nice considering how hot it was outside, spacious for being a 1 bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfy. Location wise it took us only 10 minutes to get to the festival. Food & shopping was a 5 minute walk right across the street that had great restaurants and cafes for morning coffee & breakfast. Alex was super flexible & responsive with us when requesting an early check in. Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

Stayed at the beautiful tree house for my stagecoach weekend with friends, the house is beautiful, clean & organized. it was close to a lot of stores & restaurants making everything convenient. the community is very quiet & peaceful. the address is was very easy to find for us & for our ubers. we definitely enjoyed our stay!

This was truly a special place! I was a solo traveler and the room was very comfortable for me. Large bed and cute shower and bathroom area. As you step outside there is a gorgeous view of the mountains and palm trees by the pool and jacuzzi area. There was also a big lounging section for relaxation or playing games like foosball. There was even a firepit! The kitchen area in the room was well stocked with anything you may need. Coffee and water were included. The location is north of the main city section but I’ve walked through many times. Ubers are pretty inexpensive too. The host was lovely and very responsive. This is a one of a kind Airbnb and I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

This Airbnb is located ideally next to La Quinta Resort. The unit is located close to the main pool and the reserved parking space is a bonus. Unit has everything needed and conveniently labeled. Overall, great unit and location.

We had the best time staying at this Airbnb. We were in the area for work and Nathan’s flexibility and helpfulness for us was truly amazing! The place was clean and spacious and great location. Thank you for having us, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

We stayed for Coachella weekend. The house was very close to the shuttle stop at Albertsons. The pool was fantastic on a hot day. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying for your trip! The host was quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed.

Amazing host! We had an amazing time, no troubles or any type of struggle whatsoever. Definitely would come again for sure.

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Cute and comfy place! Close to everything. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. Note that there is only a mini-fridge in the kitchen and some of the furnishings need a little TLC. But it was a good value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

Caitlin’s place is perfect for a couple and great location, with close proximity to the national park, Joshua tree and the entire area. 29 palms is easily accessible with dining spots, coffee, more. The house is on quiet road with views of town lights visible from the porch. A comfortable home base to explore the area. Recommend!

Loved staying here. It is a sweet space. Beautiful view of the maintain in the morning. The only thing was the mattress had a big dip in it. I was so tired that it was not a big deal. But if you are sleep sensitive that may be an issue. Other than that top notch. Loved this little place so much!

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. We lived Devin as a host! Super kind and always there when we needed her. She came to the place to let us in and show us around when she didn’t even have to. I would definitely from Devin again and the place was perfect for my husband and l. Quiet and close To lots. Magdalena

Close to everything love the location, peaceful and clean, beautiful Furnished!

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

The condo was clean, well appointed and great location. There are train tracks nearby and trains run throughout the night. Didn’t bother our group of heavy sleepers but light sleepers may have more of an issue.

Tim is great! Will definitely try to stay here again. Place is peefect! Really close to what we wanted to do in Palm Springs. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. At one point during our stay, I stepped in gum, and Tim the absolute legend had Goo Gone under the sink which totally saved the day. Great communication, helpful and accommodations checkout, A+++

I’ve been on Airbnb a long time and Crystal’s place was by far my favorite stay. The beds were comfortable, the ACs were working well, great bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, we had zero complaints! Plus it was so close to restaurants and shops! Stayed here for Coachella and I will be booking this spot again if we ever go back. Fantastic!!!!
