Christina is a great host. The apartment was as described and well equipped.

Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a nice view of the sea but especially at the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbours. It is a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Our stay was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Carmen was always available and attentive by phone, and she greeted us promptly with a very friendly and close attitude. He explained everything about the house clearly and warmly, which made us feel at home from the beginning. The place is fantastic, cared for even the smallest detail, with impeccable cleanliness. Absolutely nothing is missing: it is fully equipped with everything you may need. In addition, the location is ideal, in a very quiet environment and only 3 minutes from the town. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

We spent 4 days in Mojácar and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Sophie is a 10-star host! She was attentive at all times, super friendly and made sure that everything was fine every day. She made us feel very welcome and cared for from the first moment. The apartment is wonderful: everything is very clean, well cared for and with all the details. The terrace is spectacular for relaxing, the pool is great, and the rooms are comfortable and perfect. What's more, the location is unbeatable: next to the beach, the clubs and the Día supermarket. Great family stay at Laura's! Thank you very much. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, there was an air of Rio Bay with mist this February. The house is very inspiring. My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

The apartment is modern, newly renovated, and immediately feels like home. It’s much more spacious than it appears in the photos, and the balcony is a true highlight. The space is beautifully set up and perfectly equipped for both short and long stays. The location is spot on — with a lovely café downstairs, and the beach and several restaurants just a five-minute walk away. Despite its central setting, the apartment remains wonderfully peaceful. We also appreciated the convenience of free parking directly on the street outside or by the harbour. Maribel was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, shared great tips about the area, and quickly answered any questions we had.

A whole thing. The spectacular house with one of the best views in Mojacar. Close enough to everything, but at the same time in the right distance to be a quiet area to rest in. Estela helps us at all times with incredible speed. There is everything you need in the house and in addition the area has absolutely everything to spend an ideal family vacation.

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point whether it is to visit Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it's not just their job but something much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

The place is beautiful, even better than the incredible apartment in the photo and there is no lack of detail. The beautiful urbanization with wonderful views and everything's great. The woman who received us was super kind and friendly, she showed us the entire urbanization and the apartment, giving us the indications perfectly. Thank you repeat for sure

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

We spent some unbeatable days at Monika's house. It is a house to enjoy, very nice, clean, in an unbeatable setting! Monika has always been waiting for anything we needed. In short, a paradise of peace and harmony. Thank you very much! We will definitely be back!

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay here it’s exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. We will definitely return.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of the waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.
