Holiday rentals with beach access in Vista

Great location with several other Airbnbs in the same complex. The unit was just as described—clean and close to both the beach and nearby restaurants, which made things super convenient. The space itself was clean and comfortable. The only things worth noting are that the bathroom water pressure and sink flow were a bit low, and you can hear some noise from neighboring units. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for our stay. It may have been a bit pricier than other options we considered, but we booked last minute, so that’s understandable. Overall, it was a good stay and a convenient spot that had all the bare essentials.

Me and my partner were here for a concert, the location is very walkable and beautiful. The stay is also very comforting, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and gave us recommendations on activities, and places to eat. I will definitely be coming again.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Such a great place! I’ve stayed in a fair few good airbnbs, but this one really stood out. The location is great and the home was absolutely pristine, but what I really appreciated was that everything the house was stocked with was superior quality. I’ve never stayed in a place that did the small things so well - the pans were great, the appliances were great, the towels, the bed linens, they even had a full set of glass Tupperware and a water filter in the fridge.

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

We loved our stay! The place was accurately described and clean. There were nice touches throughout the place and Karin's binder of suggestions for food and activities was extremely helpful - she's done all of the work for you. The outside area is really nice and relaxing. We had bad luck with weather (June gloom!) so we were inside more than we wanted to be so it got a little tight especially with doing the dishes.

First time staying in Oceanside and this place was amazing right on the boardwalk or what they call the strand. Very walkable to bars and restaurants. You are literally right across from the beach you can't get much better than this highly recommend!

Location, location, location. This unit is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything the Village of La Jolla has to offer, from the coves and the park to the walking trails along the bluff and all the cafes, shops, eateries and bars along the way. Well appointed space, clean and comfortable; I made use of the beach towels and sunscreen provided which was appreciated. Host was responsive which is always a plus.

Beautiful home in an excellent location. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The backyard was especially beautiful and lush, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We had trouble figuring out the TV, and Alexander made a special trip to fix it immediately, which we really appreciated. He was incredibly attentive, always responded within 30 minutes, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this!

Our host John provides a beautifully decorated home in a quiet, central neighborhood. The setup is exceptional, with both a heated pool and hot tub, and the experience felt like staying in a boutique hotel. He thoughtfully includes amenities like toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, cotton pads, and more — the attention to detail really impressed us. We absolutely loved our time in La Jolla, and John’s local tips were spot-on. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend booking with him.

Perfect place for our large group of adults. All amenities were available to us. Our hosts communicated well and promptly prior to and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

Great spot. Super cool property within minutes from the heart of Carlsbad. The property was perfect for my two small pups; very secure. The accommodations met my needs perfectly. I look forward to reserving this location every time I visit the Carlsbad area. Jim was excellent host.

This was the perfect place to wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. It was quiet and had a great view of the ocean. The deck was a peaceful place to eat meals, hang out and read. Super close to the beach and great restaurants. We will be back.

We had a good experience at this house. It wasn’t fancy but got the job done and was comfortable. Communication with Mark was easy and he checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Would stay there again if we’re in the area.

Lisa and Menotti have a beautiful beach escape that was perfect for our small group celebrating a birthday. The sliding door and balcony were beautiful and such a nice feature to let in the beach breeze. The house was pristine, comfortable, and so well designed. All amenities you would need. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and accommodated a late check out which allowed us to wake up early and check out low tide in the morning! Definitely will stay again.

Anthony was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. He accommodated our specific needs and was helpful with last minute inquiries. Perfect location with spacious, but welcoming environment. Home was stocked with all basic needs so you didn’t immediately need to run out to buy necessities. We also appreciated the art work and decor that isn’t normally in a rental. Loved the fireplace, fire pit, and outdoor entertainment garage. I enjoyed the rooftop desk the most, while the family spread out to the other areas. Wonderful family home with all sad to leave.

Great place! super close to the beach. They even leave fun stuff like a closet full of things you need for the beach. We would stay again.

We loved this place! The mattress was so comfortable, I literally took the sheets off to see what brand it was. It was nice to have beach stuff ready to borrow for our stay and we loved sitting out on the front porch to eat and watch the waves.

This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

You can’t beat the un obstructive view of the ocean! Beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The little dog park out back was a nice touch. Parking was super easy and helpful! Within walking distance to many places. One of the best places we’ve stayed at!

A wonderful condo in the Omi resort.Has everything you need , fully stocked .great views out of the 2 sliders .A Walkable area in the resort and a lagoon and beaches not faraway. I enjoyed the walks in the resort and the restaurant.

Amazing Amazing, my son and i loved the condo was clean amazing view! Christina knows how to treat her guest by far the best airbnb i have stayed in! Christina even left snacks for us. Most places will be missing somthing. Not Christina she thought of everything. Thank you for making my trip great!

If you want to get away and relax with family, this is the place. I believe this was our 4th time staying here and just like other times everything was perfect. Being an ocean front property things go bad in the homes but not this property! Benny keeps everything clean and is always upgrading his property. Every time we come the unit looks newer and nicer than our previous stay and in our opinion it’s already absolutely perfect. We always stay for 4 days, park our car and walk everywhere. Our kids rent surfboards from the liquor store 1 block away and we store them in the courtyard all weekend. No need for a car once you’re at Benny’s. The Thursday evening street fair/market is a must for anyone visiting on a Thursdays, it’s a quick walk from the unit. Also if you have any questions Benny will respond within minutes. Our family can’t wait to be back next summer.

Great location for the Ironman 70.3 Oceanside event. Right by the transition area and was able to watch the Pros from our balcony.
