Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. This spacious and modern 50 m2 loft/duplex is located in the Vista Alegre area, on the southern outskirts of Madrid. With a capacity of up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The studio is a ground-floor duplex at street level, so you enter directly from the street. As you can see in the photos, the loft/duplex has the following spaces: GROUND FLOOR: * a lounge area with a sofa and a TV, * a dining area with a dining table next to the kitchen, * a sleeping area with a 150x190 double bed that has no partition or door, although it is somewhat set back from the living-dining area, and * a full bathroom with a shower with a screen. The washbasin and shower area are open to the sleeping area, and the toilet area is separated by a translucent sliding door. FIRST FLOOR: * a second sleeping area at the top of the stairs with two 90x190 single beds, which also has no door, although it is on the first floor, separated from the living area, and * a full bathroom with a shower. Again, the washbasin area is open to the bedroom, and the shower and toilet area are separated by a translucent sliding door. On the other hand, as it is located at street level, it may be a bit noisy at times. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guests have access to the entire room. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions. The house has air conditioning and heating via a split air conditioner with a heat pump on the ceiling (although it heats the entire house as it is an open space). It is operated by a remote control hanging on the living room wall. The hot water is provided by a 76-litre electric water heater: it is important to know this because it can run out, and then you have to wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you are going to arrive after 8:00 pm, please read the house rules carefully so that we can make arrangements. :)
