It was a great place to stay! I recommend anyone to stay here!

Place was great. we were able to check in a little early. We have 5 staying and plenty of space for everyone.

We had a glitch in our travel plans, so we did not spend the night at David’s home. But David was very responsive and communicative - and we would book David’s home again if we decided in the future to visit downtown Fresno.

We absolutely loved the stay at Masato’s place!! We also briefly met the co-host, Ramon, at the check in. Ramon is so friendly and welcoming!! They didn’t require any clean-up from us at check out, and sent us a super warm “good-bye” message. We will come back for this spot!!

Clean and beautiful space. Easy to find and close to everything in Visalia. Plenty of snacks, coffee, and water provided. Great location for access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs.

This is a very nice house in a fairly new development. I had trouble figuring out how to use the key pad for entering but the host was very helpful in responding to my texts and helping me figure it out. Nice, relatively new, home. Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! It was 105 degrees but the window AC units worked well. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Karl was a wonderful host. He accommodated an earlier check in to allow us to drop off our groceries which was so helpful! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sharp knives and clean grill on the patio to prepare and cook all of our meals. This house was such a comfortable place to come back to each evening after spending the whole day exploring the parks. The decks were perfect for having our morning cup of coffee. The picnic table was a lovely spot to share dinner each evening. And our boys enjoyed playing in the grassy yard. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park this is it!

We had such a nice time staying here! What really stood out was how the house was laid out. Each room had its own vibe, which made the whole place feel special, like a real getaway. All the greenery inside made it feel super welcoming, and we loved how sunny it was during the day. Bonus - being right next to a gas station was actually perfect for when we needed to grab drinks or snacks quickly. Honestly, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would tell our friends to book it too!

The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool which was very clean and in a very private setting. The photo of the pool is accurate however it did not show the sitting space with two love seat couches and a table to enjoy while at the pool. This area also had cool lighting to enjoy at night. The living room has a large comfy couch with large TV with all the channels. We used Netflix and Hulu with no advertisements. They have a Keurig coffee maker and all the coffee choices one could want. The kitchen had all the spices you can think of. They also had a Pac-Man game machine which brought back memories of the good old days. We went to Sequoia national park (30 min drive) and Kings Canyon (1.5 hour drive) from here. We will stay here again when we return to this area.

Lilly and Jon are great hosts. Their ranch is absolutely stunning and something very special to experience. The nearby rolling hills and animals that you can interact with are priceless on their own. The amount of space you get is well worth the money. There is a bedroom with a king bed, entirely separate living room that has a sofa sleeper, coffee bar, and large bathroom. There is also an outdoor kitchen area that has more than you need for a short stay. I used to clean hotels and have a high standard of what clean looks like and I can honestly say I’ve never stayed somewhere that felt so clean which I was not expecting for a ranch stay. Looking forward to finding time to go back for another stay!

This was such a beautiful home , way better than expected, Leanne was very helpful and responsive when reaching out to her. Would recommend 100% we will book again when we’re back in Visalia.

Great house that we enjoyed very much! Anabel was very punctual with her responses, and she made the process very easy.

One of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! There are also so many fun things for kids to do, from an outdoor basketball court, huge pool, yard for ball games, an indoor basketball arcade game and a fun game room basement. The one thing is that when we were taking a walk outside on the road in front, five minute walk away on the other side of the train tracks there are very dangerous dogs that came running at us and encircled us barking and very aggressive. Just a warning to people about taking a walk outside, especially if you have kids, keep the fence closed!

Amazing Place. Gina’s place was well described. It had everything we needed. The location was very good and we appreciated having the privacy of the fenced yard. Gina was very helpful and responsive when we needed her. We also really love being able to walk around the neighbourhood with our dog. If we are in the area again we hope to stay here !

Upon looking for a place for me and my friends to go and finding a affordable Airbnb this home, kept coming up over and over and over so I took a look at it and it looked responsible exactly if not better than what was described was the best she was very responsive. She was very kind. She was very welcoming. I recommend this place over and over and over we were very pleased. We were very happy. It was clean. The pool was amazing. Everything was just great for my eight day vacation there on my girls trip. I woke up every morning to go out on the patio to just sit and enjoy the sun and go swimming. I got a great tan. The location was great. It was quiet. It was fun and I had a amazing time so good I felt like I lived there.

We had such a great stay at the Hobbit House! The house was super cute and clean and the grounds were lovely to meander through. The stream was a great place to hang out with our coffee and read. We had a little trouble with our code working, but Kaci was super responsive and resolved it quickly. I’d also say that something to note is that the only bedroom that’s fully enclosed is the one with the pullout couch downstairs - the two main ones upstairs have doors but are open otherwise. The pictures in the listing absolutely show it, but I didn’t realize what I was looking at before being there (I thought the one was a mirror). It was not a problem for us and our friend group was fine, but if not everyone in your group goes to bed at the same time there’s really nowhere folks can split off to, it’s just basically all one open area. But it’s a lovely and fun open area! Keeping in mind for future trips to Sequoia and Kings!!

The host, Aflairo, was outstanding! Quick to respond and always helpful. Good neighborhood and location was peaceful. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Theresa’s place was absolutely as described. The kitchen was well stocked both with spices, utensils and pots and pans. The living area and the bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was like new. Would stay there again, if in the area.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

very nice and clean RV. very quiet and private. fancy only thing to mention is because it's an RV the air conditioning can get quite loud, so keep that in mind

Carolyn’s place is an incredible location! I m always so grateful for the amazing places we get to go to through Airbnb! My family loved swimming in the river and I loved the privacy and the nature! We all had an amazing time!

Wengang place is as always pristine, spotless and surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood. I definitely recommend it!
