Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

This independent house was completely renovated in 2025 (exterior being finished) to accommodate you in pleasant spaces and providing comfort and tranquility. It consists of the ground floor: an entrance with living room / SAM; a kitchen; a large bedroom; 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. This house has a garden and a courtyard to be able to park freely.

The floor as well as the barn are not available to rent.
