Villa holiday rentals in Vipava Valley

We stayed with our two kids who loved their upstairs bedrooms. The house is modern but warm and homely at the same time. It's a really well designed place and Igor clearly cares about the comfort of his guests. it was spotless and we loved spending time here during a spell of rainy weather and simply watching the mountains change with the weather. It was great to find all the basics like oil, spices, dishwashing tabs etc. in abundance. Igor was always super kind and responsive. We would love to come back!

The villa was absolutely amazing - beautiful, comfortable and modern. It was also perfect for our dog, with a large garden enclosed by a stone wall. Communication with the host was excellent - friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Very quiet place in the Friulian countryside, great if you want to explore the Collio area. The house has everything you need, for a short stay or even for long holidays. Impeccable cleanliness, thanks Genny!

The apartment and the view are simply breathtaking. Nice and quiet and private. Great. Only the last few metres can't be done with every car ;)

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travellers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a holiday and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need can be reached in 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Great villa with high-quality amenities. We especially liked the many offers in the house with a pool table, table tennis table, sauna and pool. The location is fantastic and invites you to start hiking directly from the villa. We were thrilled - the communication was excellent.

Super !

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

We had a really nice time at the Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. Somewhat quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping facilities were quickly accessible. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and can highly recommend it!

The six of us spent 1 week in Kurili. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful and spacious garden by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was in use almost every day. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen equipment top-notch - we simply lacked nothing! 🤗

Even more beautiful than expected – absolute recommendation! Our stay at this accommodation was simply fantastic – even more beautiful than we had imagined! The location is wonderfully quiet and yet optimal for reaching many different cities and excursion destinations within about 30 minutes. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and furnished with great attention to detail. It radiates a warm, inviting atmosphere - we felt at home from the first moment. The hostess is exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell that she is wholeheartedly committed and that the well-being of her guests is her top priority. We felt completely comfortable – our stay really couldn't have been better. Thank you for this wonderful time – we will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!
