With a remodeled interior space, but maintaining the exterior facades, it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their meals. It had several uses, from a support house to the house where my grandparents lived, to a remedy for neighbors who needed it, hosting some teachers and lately, it was the home of the caretakers. It preserves the interior and exterior structure, with exposed wood, in structures worthy of the best current engineering. It is a 2 bedroom apartment, with two beautiful balconies, one facing the common space (yard/garden and another facing the vegetable garden).
