It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

A stream and a small wood run along the bottom of the garden. You will find all the calm and comfort you need for a relaxing moment, a walk or a visit to the surroundings. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
