La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums, Terrabotanica are a short drive away. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

Exceptional view of the Loire

Ideal house for Home Office, fishing, Loire-á-Vélo or a few days of calm. The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square. The village has all the necessary shops. The Ingrandes train station leads directly to Angers and Nantes, and there is one bicycle available to travel around the village.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. Notre gîte "Au soleil levant, classé Meublé de tourisme 4****, entièrement rénové en 2024 saura vous ravir par la qualité de ses équipements. Vous vous y sentirez comme à la maison. Le gîte possède un rez-de-chaussée accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR). Après avoir ouvert notre premier gîte "Aux 3 ruisseaux" en 2021, nous avons ouvert ce 2e gîte en 2025. Le gîte peut accueillir 8 personnes.
