At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

Notre cabane est idéal pour se ressourcer et se reconnecter en total immersion avec la nature . Cette cabane de pêcheur en bord d'étang est au coeur d une résidence boisée. Vous serez bercé par les bruits et silence de la nature qui vous entourent, vous allez vite vous sentir hors du temps, et apaiser. Nous avons auto construite cette cabane en matériaux naturel dans le respect de l'environnement et de la nature avec l'eau d'une citerne , l'électricité d un panneau solaire et d un poêle à bois.

Il est situé au sein d'un grand terrain arboré de 5 hectares, constitué d'un parc, d'un étang poissonneux, d'un bois, entièrement privé et clôturé. La maison de 130 m2 est entièrement rénovée, offre tout le confort pour 6 personnes, mais peut en accueillir 9 avec ses 4 chambres. Les amoureux de la nature et de calme y trouveront une incroyable diversité d'animaux, d'arbres et d'activités.
