It has a room with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a full bathroom, another room with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, another full bathroom, a kitchen and a large garden with a barbecue, a dining area, a playground and a parking space. Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Mon to Fri due to school and nearby works

The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, at the back the bathroom. On the top floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always there for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are travelling with more ask me before!!

Sending of identity card photography is required by the RB&B app. The Suite has a separate entrance. 1 bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (one above the other) 1 Full bathroom The porch of the casita is for private use by guests. The swimming pool is for community use. There are minors in the house. Nudity and thongs are not allowed in the garden. Well connected to the city center. Bus 6 min and train 9 min walk Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
