The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always available for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me before!!

The pool is for common use. There are minors in the house. Nudity and thongs are not allowed in the garden. Well connected to the city center. Bus 6 minutes and train 9 minutes walk. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

It is the setting of the Guadarrama River Middle Course Regional Park. 500m from the apartment there is a mall with two supermarkets, restaurants etc. The European University is 4 kilometers away.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Don't miss the Palacio del Infante Don Luis and its gardens located in the heart of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshing baths.
