Excellent place, very close to Chamartin and Plaza Castilla, easy to get everywhere. The place is very quiet and comfortable. Luis gave us excellent service. We would definitely come back

Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Satisfactory stay to spend a few days at Warner Park

The accommodation, the furnishings, the comfort and reliability offered by the facilities both inside the cuchibus and outside, excellent. The attention and importance to details defines the hosts. We'll be back for sure.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

The apartment is close to a metro station and to a big grocery shop, which is essential to me. Rafa is a great host, everything is as advertised. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including the kitchen.

Laura is a nice host; she receives you personally, has answers to all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is convenient for a large part of the center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully. The decor is super luxurious and clean. The unfolding of the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

A very nice place

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, even though it is full of bars and restaurants, a few meters away from a paid parking lot, two blocks away from the subway in different directions that allow you to reach any destination. The apartment is very comfortable, as there were two of us, a full bathroom, a small but complete kitchen, a bright living room with a window to the street as well as the main bedroom. Air conditioning. María Elena was very kind and allowed us to leave our suitcases before check-in, and she also gave us the option to stay later, although it was not necessary. Very grateful, Maria

Eduardo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. We enjoyed the garden and the view, especially from the apartment the view is beautiful. Madrid city centre is easy to reach by car. The apartment itself is cozy, neat and clean, we spent most of the time in the garden, enjoyed the nice weather and the fragrant jasmine bush.

We were very well received, the apartment appears to have been recently renovated, equipped with everything we could need. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Great experience.

I really liked the apartment, small but super optimized space, nothing was missing, very clean and modern, the area is super quiet at night, you could not hear anything at all, one drawback is that the light that comes in through the window makes it difficult to take a nap, it seems that it had a curtain but it was not there, I think it can be remedied by putting a little dark curtains on the window and the door, but everything else that is good compensates, I give it a ten.

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Impeccable apartment with a very nice patio and everything you need to have a good time in peace

Very good stay. The apartment is small but very clean and with everything you need to spend a pleasant few days. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and let us have the apartment early. It is also very well located and close to the sights. You can walk everywhere. No doubt when I return to Madrid I will contact you to stay in this place again. Thank you very much!!!

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.
