Holiday rentals with beach access in Villaricos

Luis has been a great host, the house corresponds to the photos and has a magnificent terrace. Good communication with the host and their agility and flexibility is appreciated. If we return to the area we will choose to stay here again.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and functional, having everything for our stay. I matched photos and description with what was advertised. He had more cleaning and hygiene amenities than necessary for the stay, which is always to be appreciated. In addition, I had others for breakfast and meals: salt, oil, spices, coffee in capsules and soluble coffee, sugar etc. Maite and Miguel Angel were very nice and put everything on their side to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you both. The wifi worked well. La TV is modern, appropriately sized, connected to the web and supports USBs playing music and movies. Everything was very good. We were very comfortable and will definitely take it into account for future stays in the area.

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

We had a great weekend at Alfonsi's place. Everything is as shown in the photos, very well located and the communication is very good. We will repeat!

We stayed for a month and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Both the bed and TV are enormous! The location was quiet and there was a nice walk through the gardens to get to Garrucha. The beach was 5 minutes away. Carmen is lovely and has great recommendations for places to visit. I'd definitely go back.

The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

Pedro's and Antonia were very helpful and responsive. We had a few requests, which they were very willing to help us with. Location is great, it is on a small little walkway, so off the road which was a big plus for us with 3 small kids (one 3 year old and 5 month old twins). The main Plaza is 1 minute away, as is the beach, location really couldn't be better. Stairs are steep, which made me a bit nervous with my 3 year old but there are little childgates by the stairs also. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend renting from Pedro and Antonia as they are very helpful and responsive hosts.

Everything was perfect with regard to the accommodation however we were out of season so there was very little to offer a lot of trade and closed restaurant.... But Alvaro was great!! Slight smell on the couch so we bought air freshening spray

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

We had a fabulous stay and are so grateful. Everything we needed, down to Shampoo and Conditioner was all there upon arrival. It is so beautifully maintained, the garden, the house, the pool and orientated to catch the sun at all points of the day. It was exactly what myself and my fanily needed, thank you!!

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean, very well equipped with everything you could need - and a perfect location next to the beach. It was also very near to many different cafes and restaurants and has a private drive to securely park the car. Everything was perfect for our trip - it was a quiet location in April but might be a little noisy in the summer period. We would be very happy to return. Thank you!

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

This is the second year we've gone and everything is fantastic. The apartment is perfect, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. We'll be back for sure.

My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!
