The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. To reach the villa, you will drive in a small stretch of road that is not asphalted, about 100 meters, but it is absolutely very easy to get in villa. The car is essential to rent this house.
