Nice spacious apartment in El Actur, Zaragoza. 30 meters from the Grancasa Shopping Center, (with bowling alley and cinemas) it is also in front of the World Trade Center, (WTCZ) a very wide selection of bars and restaurants (that satisfies all tastes), aquarium, expo area, water park with an artificial beach, 10 minutes from the city's historic center by tram that stops very close. Taxi access next door. Children's train to Galachos de Juslibol. Near bus/train station 10 minutes by taxi, airport 10-15 minutes by taxi.

The accommodation is located on the banks of the Ebro River and we have decorated it by alternating elements created by ourselves with recycled wood and natural plants to give it a more welcoming touch. From its 14th floor you will have front row seats to see the magical sunsets over the Basilica del Pilar and the stone bridge and also, after a pleasant 5-minute walk along the riverbank you will be in the Plaza del Pilar, from which you will have all the points of interest and restaurants just a step away

A beautiful and romantic apartment (WiFi). Next to Plaza del Pilar and in the heart of downtown, art and culture spaces. Next to leisure areas and services: supermarkets, pharmacies, health clinic. You'll love my apartment because it's very quiet and peaceful with a quiet neighborhood and a very comfortable bed. The high ceilings and wood-burning fireplace will make you enjoy your stay to the fullest and thanks to its charm you can completely disconnect on your getaway to Zaragoza.

"Nice apartment" Ideal if you're traveling by train/AVE or bus!

The TRAIN/AVE/BUS station is very close. If you use this transport, it will be very convenient to travel with your luggage upon arrival and departure. If you come by car you can park for free 24 hours in the Augusta-Norauto shopping center, 15 minutes walk (there are other options). You will be 1/2 hour from downtown on foot, by bus or by train 12'. Opposite Castillo Palomar Park and close to the Ebro Riverbank Linear Park. The apartment, like the furniture, was renovated in 2018.

At the Mirador del Ebro (from El Mirador de Zaragoza) we literally put "Zaragoza at your feet" From the 16th floor you can see the entire Old Town, the Ebro with its bridges and riverbanks.
