We are 15 minutes from Pescara, 20 minutes from the sea of Francavilla and in 40 minutes you can visit both the beautiful Majella National Park and the beautiful Trabocchi Coast. We are also 7 minutes from the Pe Ovest-Ch highway exit and 15 minutes from the Chieti tollbooth (A24/25).

Brand new two-room apartment in a prestigious building with excellent finishes. The location is strategic, adjacent to the motorway junction, convenient for the airport (about 20 minutes by bus), it is 250 m from the center and 1000m from the sea where there are beach establishments. The apartment is finely furnished with kitchen and all comforts. There is a double bedroom and there is also the possibility of two more beds in the living room on a comfortable sofa. Casapensiero

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

The Resabe Cottages are immersed in the characteristic greenery of the Abruzzo countryside among olive trees and horses. There's plenty of outdoor space for both families and small groups of friends. The strategic location of the houses allows you to easily reach both the coast, therefore the long beaches of Pescara 20 minutes by car, and the highest mountains of the Apennines about 40 minutes, therefore both locations less than an hour away from the residence.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Country house on the hills of Chieti

The house, surrounded by greenery, offers newly renovated accommodation, equipped with every comfort: new bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, a living area with kitchen (induction cooktop with two burners) and a double bedroom. The accommodation overlooks a garden and a patio. Pets and farmyard animals live with us, and you can visit them. The room overlooks the patio, with a view of Monte Majella. The accommodation is for exclusive use.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
