Ericka's cabin is a delightful place to spend time. It’s located just outside the town and is an easy drive in. The kitchen is quite functional and we cooked a few meals there. The beds are quite comfortable with nice quality warm linens. The wood stove generates more than enough heat for the entire cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Simply great! An unforgettable experience unlike anything you can imagine. A cabin with the comfort of a super hotel... In the middle of Carretera Austral! And the host is helpful and very attentive. We delayed due to traffic and even though he was late at night he was there for us to receive... I wish I had more time to be able to stay another day at the place...

Good house. Little noise from the second floor, there is but they do not bother. Everything is very clean and very pleasant host. The location is not the best, but we were by car, so in a few minutes it was in the center and there is a super big very close.

Lovely cabin, modern 2025 .excellently stocked kitchen with lots of extras like coffee towel bin liners etc. plenty wood kindling matches and firelighters. Lovely garden to sit in, sunny, and spacious. Just really good all round. Host welcoming and always available, although no English.

The best booking we have made, very clean and all tidy, all the necessary things by hand and very good disposition. 10/10

If you are looking to stay in the Puerto Aysen area, we HIGHLY recommend that you book at Refugio Maroyan. I have been to dozen’s of AirBnbs and this was by far the most well rounded experience I have ever had. I booked this stay for the Patagonman race and it completely exceeded my expectations and made the race experience and vacation even better. We needed extra help with directions to the property and Marco responded quickly with clarity. The accommodations and amenities are exactly as described and the location was perfect to access the race and the town. To celebrate the race, the lovely host family threw a surprise feast for all of the guests of the Refugio with food, drink and dancing. They truly built a community during our brief trip. I walked away from this stay with new friends and memories.
