Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villa Hayes

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation fully met our expectations, the welcome by Henry was friendly and helpful. The house and surroundings are beautiful and well maintained. A place to feel good and unwind. You can see and feel that someone here takes care of detail with a lot of love. Especially the pool allowed me to survive the prevailing temperatures in Ascuncion as a North German:-). Thank you for providing the right framework to say goodbye to Paraguay from sister and brother-in-law and this great country after 5 weeks.

A very nice and complete farmhouse, it is a very quiet place that you can spend with family or friends, the house itself is very nice, practically what you are looking for on vacation🤩

The house is in a quiet place, lots of vegetation, the facilities in good working order. It could use a larger oven (you can't bake a whole pizza at a time) and a kettle. Otherwise, the house is perfect for spending a few quiet days with a lot of privacy

I would go back to the place, all the info is in my reviews, but all I can say is that you won't feel like you're in someone else's house, because Luis treats you like his own family and the house is just as seen in the photos!

Everything is excellent! The house is beautiful, very spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful patio, fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms, the bathrooms also beautiful. The street on which it is located is very quiet and full of trees and nature, even being a few blocks from shopping. Super friendly Verenna, she guided us in everything and gave us all the necessary directions. 100% recommended.

Excellent apartment, spacious, with a nice balcony. The location is excellent, in a quiet place and close to many places of interest such as the Mariscal and Villa Morra shopping malls, the food court, etc.

Very nice hotel, with a spectacular view and the place is very quiet, at least now in low season. We took advantage of the grill to make a barbecue. We had a great time! Nora was very attentive to the queries and the receptionist took good care of us.

I recommend staying here, very good place, cleanliness and has 4 rooms. It's quiet to relax.

We was let down by another host who had a shoddy property. We was really stressed Travelling with a toddler and having to search for a place last minute as it was Christmas. I saw Pablos property and just went with it because it ticked the boxes of what I was looking for. To be honest after being let down I didn’t have high hopes but when we arrived it was something else more than what I imagined. I had the best time of my life in a long time from many of my travels it’s in a picturesque natural environment with animals and a farm house next to it with a caretaker and his wife who take care of the Quinta and the land. We also had to opportunity to slaughter our own animals to eat and we really enjoyed everything about the place the late night barbecues to relaxing in the pool with the family on a nice hot sunny day. The only thing the place does not have is internet but if you are looking to connect with nature and disconnect from the world with luxury it’s definitely the place
