The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. In short, very satisfied, we had a great time and rested very well! Thanks for everything!

The apartment is very good. I travelled with my girlfriend and I can assure you that it has all the comforts to spend a few days in Pinamar. In particular, it has certain details that are worth highlighting: a) all the necessary utensils in a kitchen and they leave you basic things like instant and ground coffee, tea, salt, oil, tea towels, waste bags and cleaning items. b) a grill with a very good circulation and the necessary elements to make a roast. c) a very comfortable garage with elevator access. Finally, Javier's service is excellent! He is very attentive to the needs of guests and responds very quickly. I highly recommend this accommodation for couples or families.

I 100% recommend staying at this place. I was very nice to be there to rest for a few days. My favorite part is definitely the covered quincho where I enjoy being able to appreciate the garden and is very comfortable in addition. On the other hand, Marta is always available for any concerns and is super loving. The house is very well equipped and in good condition

The accommodation is very nice, as shown in the photos, very comfortable and spacious, it is very well-equipped and the location is excellent, it is a few blocks from the beach and in front of the shopping center! The building's pool and gym amenities are great too! Analia responded immediately to a small inconvenience we had and solved it quickly.

Julián answered all my questions with incredible friendliness. The triplex is comfortable, clean, and the best part is that it’s just a block away from the beach. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. First, there’s no WiFi connection on the last floor, which can be inconvenient. Second, sometimes the hot water isn’t enough to take a proper shower after a beach day. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this place and am sure I’ll return soon.

Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and bright, the balcony-terrace is a plus since it allows you to enjoy the nights eating and having something outdoors. It's also worth noting how clean I was when we arrived. Nicolas is an excellent host, responds quickly and any concerns or requests we had resolved it in minutes. We'll be back!

We had some beautiful days of rest together my sisters and a puppy and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the pictures, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and super comfortable. We had a small inconvenience with the light supply, but Tomás was very efficient and had it resolved soon. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place. We loved it and would go back without hesitation!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!
