The location of the apartment is great, despite being a bit noisy, but this can be solved by closing the windows and turning on the air-conditioning. The neighborhood is very safe and the apartment is very beautiful and cozy. The commute by bus or subway to various places in the city is very easy and quiet. There is a Western Union a few meters away, as well as markets, kiosks and cafes. As for the structure of the apartment, the bed is very comfortable, the workspace as well, I would just suggest putting more items in the kitchen, at least in cases of long-term stays. For the most part, Lara was very helpful and attentive. I recommend this place!!

We had a great time, there were 4 of us, and the 2 bathrooms fix the stay. The cleanliness very well and it is very close to my sister's house which was what we were looking for.

The space is just like the photos, very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the balcony is very nice. The tower has two entrances from two different streets, which makes it even more accessible. Super close to the agronomy and veterinary school. I would definitely stay with you again. I would only recommend placing a non-slip mat in the bathtub since it is a bit slippery, other than that everything is excellent, the cleanliness and comfort are 1A!

The apartment is impeccable, exactly as in the photos, and is close to restaurants and markets. Very easy to get to from the airport and other regions. I saw in the comments that it was super complete and that I didn't need to bring anything, but I didn't imagine it was so complete! There were soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, etc. The apartment was clean, everything in place. Access was super easy and practical — Maria sent me a message explaining everything in detail. And since the lock is smart, I didn't have to worry about arranging a time for check-in and check-out. I arrived late at night and left very early, without any problems. It's these little details that make hosting sensational! I'll definitely come back more often!

Everything is fine. The garage has just enough space for 4x4. The refrigerator is a small minibar (May 2025). To take into account if you travel several days, I had no problem. Thank you

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's department was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super pleasant area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the region, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. The host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations by WhatsApp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.
