It is an old house with many apartments and have a beautiful garden along the courtyard. The loft is recently refurbished to new, it’s place has the necessary amenities to be able to rest quietly. A few blocks away is Palermo (Plaza Serrano) and many kinds of transport (Subway, busses and taxy drivers)

The apartment is super well decorated and equipped. It is very comfortable and is VERY well located. It is very comfortable. We have refrigerator with freezer, ice machine, smart TV, wifi, electric stove, electric oven, two air conditioners and a GREAT BBQ! Close to parks, promenades, subway station, bikes and buses. In addition to having a spectacular gastronomic offer around. I lived here until recently and love it.
