A beautiful house, well-equipped and above all very comfortable, very cozy. The garden is beautiful and you can hear the river water. The house is even nicer in person, it feels good to be there, but the best part of the whole stay is Marina and Luna (the host and her kitten). They make you feel like it's your home

We spent a few days in Carlos Paz and David's duplex was perfect for our stay. Very close to the lake for a walk, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. Also close to many restaurants and delivery arrives without problems. David sent us the information to get there and recommended the best route to get there. As well as suggestions for places to visit. The truth is, we are very happy with the place. We will definitely return.

The apartment is comfortable and functional. Well distributed, ideally for two people. It has everything you need to make an excellent stay. The kitchen equipped with utensils, bedding and towels of excellent quality. The building has amenities like azotea and pool that we enjoyed in our stay. The apartment is one block from the Costanera in an area of restaurants and bars, super quiet for walking. What I highlight is Diego's kindness and willingness to host. I forgot a celu charger and he kindly provided me. A pleasure to stay in Diego's apartment, I recommend it!

Excellent place! Very well located, a few blocks from the pedestrian. The apartment is very clean, equipped for two people.. Martino excellent host, welcomed us, gave us a tour of the depto and how to handle us in the parking lot. as for the price, it seemed good to me, otherwise it has the parking on the days you stay. The people of the building are very friendly.. don't hesitate to rent 🤍

The apartment is as shown in the photos, everything was correct. The hosts' attention was precise, which made communication very easy. The location is excellent for walking the streets of Nueva Córdoba.

The dimensions are small, although we were very comfortable. I would recommend short stays for 4 people, and 2 could be longer stays without any problem. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, warm and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and as 3w is opposite, you don't hear street noise.
