If we come back to Cordoba, we will come back to Raul's place. Everything we needed was there and more than everything! I was a pleasure meeting him and the apartment was a mirror image of his joyful personality.

Great location, easy to access, but safe. The beds are super comfortable. It's quiet despite the bustle of the surroundings. Marcelo is very nice, worried that we are well. I felt at home. If I go back to Córdoba I choose it again

I had a very good stay on this dpt! Very friendly hosts, and well communicated. The area is well located. The wifi is fine if you have to work. The apartment is cute and there is a 24/7 guard. If you are bothered by noises, they are building the winged building and there is noise from that during the day. The mattress on the bed is hard-good for someone like me with a bad back.

Pablo was a fantastic host. Everything went perfectly. Helped me find great places around town, meet with me punctually. Found me safe parking and convenient parking when I need to stash my rental.

The apartment in general is nice, with a good value. It has a good location, although it's not in the downtown area, it doesn't take long. It doesn't take long to get there (either walking or by car)... Also a few steps away there is a supermarket, kiosk, bakery and ice cream shop... Also some parks and a very nice spa... Regarding the host, Pablo was very friendly and predisposed, especially with the check-in and check-out times, something that for us was very important...

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Matias' apartment. Everything went perfect. The condition of the apartment was exceptional. Additionally, I found it to be a nice place to stay.

The place is just like what is described and what you see in photos....the excellent shower, the water comes out strongly,the facilities are modern. The fully equipped kitchen,the refrigerator with freezer is a 10! The gas stove works perfect. The security of the building is excellent. The area has several shops super nearby. Lucia is very kind, attentive to everything and with absolute flexibility for both check-in and check-out! I would choose it again every time I travel!

A beautiful place and a great location. The terrace is relaxing and a great place to hear the laughter of school children. Paula is wonderful.

Everything is perfect. The only thing I notice is the lack of garage inside the place, the rest of 10.

The accommodation is just as it looks in the photos, it has the amenities described. A spacious and comfortable apartment. It has a good location 4 blocks from the new pedestrian, a quiet area, with a mini market on the corner, close to the terminal. Both the pool, and the terrace views are beautiful. It also has a covered garage in the building and a balcony to the street. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.
