Feel at Home in This Charming, Central Cosy Place

Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.

Lovely Vibrant Chic Studio Close to the Vatican

And we like to socialize with our guests and help them have a great experience during their stay in Rome The Prati district is in the historical center of Rome just a few hundred meters from the Vatican and Metro A. The house is in the middle of an area full of excellent restaurants that offer traditional Roman and Italian cuisine. The area is full of public connections. At 200 meters from the house, in Piazzale Clodio, there is a bus terminal, a 5-minute walk from the Ottaviano della Metro stop. Also in the area you can rent free floating bikes and shared cars (Enjoy Car2GO ..). It is an area crossed by the longest cycle path in Rome that will contribute to the construction of the GRAB, the great ring road for bikes, It is close to via Cola di Rienzo which is one of the best shopping areas in Rome. It is also a completely flat area full of life and people at all hours of the day so it is also a pleasant walk to the most tourist areas such as the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese. The house has just been renovated and all the furniture and appliances are new. Prati is the best neighborhood in Rome and is a great starting point for visiting the capital of the world.
