The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m). The apartment is on the side of the street.

Rest in comfort at this unique and peaceful place. Near the property, 500m away is the train station, bar Hoom Amatu, Paruni Trahter, and MyFitness. Ugala Theatre is located 14 min walking. Several grocery stores are located nearby. The visitor has a spacious, private terrace where it is nice to sit and drink your morning coffee. The apartment is on the first floor where there are no stairs. You can park for free, just near the house.

A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in an old house awaits you in the centre of Viljandi. Close by (within 5mins walk) is Paala lake, market, bus station, downtown, shopping center, supermarkets and the local bakery. This is my little summer home, and it doesn't have all the things in the world, but it has everything necessary for life.
