A casa está renovada e muito confortável, gostávamos de ter percebido pela descrição que a zona exterior é longe da casa.

The absolute Comfiest bed in the most serene surroundings. A must needed respite after a multi-day festival. The church bells and the mewling cows brought peace and joy to my soul.

We travelled in a group of 5 , 2 couples +1 adult. The host living in the next house seems only speak Portuguese but very friendly. You can write in English via messaging apps. Communication was not an issue at all

Was een heel fijne, rustige en vooral mooie locatie. Weg van de drukte, maar toch niet ver als je iets nodig hebt. En Silvio was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Een heel goed verblijf gehad!

The countless reviews say it all: this place and Murilo's hospitality are both exceptional. Best to check it out for yourself as my review won't do it justice. A few highlights: the kitchen is fully equipped, the space is family friendly, and the landscape is amazing. This is my favorite airbnb booking, and I travel a lot. Desde a casa absolutamente extraordinária , à paisagem que parece vinda de um filme, ao senhor Manuel que nos deixou sem palavras de tão amigável e querido que é. Não há melhor sítio que este para descansar, e saímos a pensar no momento de voltar. As fotografias não fazem juz ao local, de todo… Casa muito espaçosa, ficámos num T1 e sobrou imenso espaço, bem decorada, muito moderna, com um espaço exterior incrível, é simplesmente mágico ir à varanda e só ouvirmos os passarinhos. Obrigada Lúcia e obrigada ao senhor Manuel, que tornou esta estadia fantástica e a desejar o regresso!

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und super sauber. Der Pool ist spitze. Carla hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What a WONDERFUL stay at this charming farmhouse! From the moment we arrived it was perfect! The property is so beautiful with its lovely gardens, fruit trees & the view of the mountains. We spent the majority of our time, when we were not out exploring, enjoying the pool & having all our dinners outside under the covered outdoor grilling area. We took advantage of the grill & enjoying pizza (yes, there is a fabulous pizza oven!). The house was so comfortable, clean & the kitchen had everything we needed & more. Carlos & Christina are stunning hosts....so kind & friendly & gave us so many suggestions of what to do in the area...restaurants, villages, waterfalls, etc. We CAN'T WAIT to return! Obrigada for a wonderful stay! (note - if you are driving be mindful as directly accessing the property can be tight if you have a larger car)

Alojamento com grandes condições para receber 5 pessoas. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem ventilados com direito a uma vista fenomenal para o rio Cávado. Cozinha otimamente equipada. Conseguimos confecionar refeições completas sem qualquer problema. A localização, mesmo junto ao rio, permite envolver-nos com a Natureza. De realçar a prontidão da anfitriã em aceder a qualquer dúvida ou pedido durante toda a estadia.

We had a great three-day stay. The place was private, with a spacious bedroom, balcony, and two bathrooms. It was perfect for our dog — we could walk him off-leash in the village. We all enjoyed drinking the cool, fresh water from the mountain fountain! The lake access was a nice bonus. The host was very welcoming and gave great local recommendations. A relaxing and comfortable stay overall! :)

If you want an escape from a busy city life, that's your place. Georgous, little, stone house with the view to cry for. There is very little movement and the only noises are those by the birds and bees. The streets are super narrow, so the smaller the car the better. There is only a small local shop in the village, so stock up before arriving.

Foi uma excelente estadia. Proporcionou uma tranquila visita ao Gerês e a São Bento da Porta Aberta. Excelente localização com restaurantes e minimercados perto para podermos confecionar/almoçar. A casa permite nos fazer caminhadas ou longas corridas no meio da natureza observando pequenos riachos e lindas paisagens. Foi uma experiência muito boa. A casa estava em ótimo estado e tem todas as condições para receber familias. Obrigada à Sara que foi quem nos orientou na nossa estadia e que não deixou que nos faltasse nada.

The home was exactly as pictured, gorgeous views, & pool/home were clean with nice furnishings. There were the expected and unexpected amenities (throw blanket, clothing dry rack, BBQ tools, pool shower, towels for 6, hangers, coffee and sugar). The rooms were bright and sunny, with electrically switched storm shutters to 100% block out sun/street light. Besides the basics, the kitchen included dish rag, sponge, towels, an expresso maker, French press, electric water kettle, decent knives, and the all important wine opener. Europe is not big on paper towels, and we didn't find them here nor at the market (weird). As planned, we were in a slightly remote, quiet area, away from tourists. We enjoyed the town of Vieira do Minho for meals & shopping and some lovely hikes 45min drive away. Paulo was a great host - accommodated our late arrival, met us for a property tour, responded promptly, and was helpful during a short power outage. Loved our stay - hope to return!

Foi uma experiência bastante incrível, os senhorios foram bastante flexíveis com os horários e dentro da casa estava ótimo para ocupar lá o tempo e cozinhar.

Anfitriã muito flexível, tanto no check-in como no check-out. Vista incrível, localização muito boa. Passamos uma boa tarde na piscina com os dois caezinhos amorosos da Ana Leonor. Agradável e fartamo-nos de aproveitar. Agradecemos a disponibilidade, com certeza vamos voltar.

O alojamento tem tudo o que é necessário para passar uns bons dias a explorar a zona do Parque Nacional Peneda - Gerês e consegue chegar rapidamente às atrações principais. Caso se desloque através de veículo próprio, o estacionamento não deverá ser um problema. Conseguimos estacionar com facilidade à porta do alojamento. O anfitrião é simpático, deu algumas indicações e o check-in é super flexível, o que para nós é uma mais-valia. Ao nível da limpeza, estava tudo super ok e as informações disponibilizadas correspondem às que são fornecidas. De destacar a ótima relação qualidade-preço!

Passámos 3 dias incríveis nesta casa no Gerês! A localização é perfeita — rodeada pela natureza e muito tranquila, ideal para descansar. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, bem equipada e confortável, com uma vista maravilhosa. Os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos e prestáveis durante toda a estadia. Recomendamos sem dúvida e esperamos voltar!

Amazing place photos do not do it justice as beautiful views and so peaceful Ana was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Although English was not first language was so flexible and friendly.

Dit mooie huis is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen, we voelden ons er heel erg thuis. Het huis is heel schoon en heeft mooie en leuke details, zoals de zelfgemaakte bloemen achter het bed in 1 van de slaapkamers, de fijne badhanddoeken en de pakketjes voor in de badkamer, geweldig! We hebben genoten van het (verwarmde) zwembad en het werkelijk fantastische uitzicht op de bergen, met name tijdens de zonsondergang. We kregen handige tips voor de omgeving waar we zeker gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Nuno, bedankt voor jullie warme welkom en de attente wijn en lekkers! Als we terugkomen in deze regio, komen we zonder twijfel weer terug bij jullie.

Amamos a nossa estádia! a casa era ótima, tirando um quarto que não tinha janela e o teto era extremamente baixo. De resto, não tenho o que reclamar. Os vizinhos são dois idosos muito queridos, foram extremamente simpáticos e ajudaram a gente. Não se importaram com o barulho, pelo contrário, fez com que a gente se sentisse ainda mais a vontade. António me respondeu rapidamente todas as vezes que eu precisei de ajuda com alguma coisa. Foi uma ótima experiência, recomendo muito!
