Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, ist jedoch problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In etwa sieben Minuten Fußweg erreicht man mehrere Haltestellen, von denen aus man bequem in verschiedene Teile der Stadt gelangt. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Bahnverbindung zum und vom Flughafen – ideal für eine unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war, dass wir am Anreisetag bereits morgens direkt nach unserer Ankunft ins Apartment konnten – und nicht erst wie üblich ab 15 Uhr. Das war nach einer frühen Anreise wirklich sehr angenehm und zeigt, wie flexibel und zuvorkommend die Gastgeber sind. Penelope und Gabriel sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kontaktaufnahme verlief reibungslos, und auf Fragen oder Anliegen wurde stets schnell und herzlich reagiert. Man spürt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie setzen alles daran, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten – mit Erfolg!

Nous avons adoré l'ambiance du quartier: authentique, calme, familial, facile d'y faire des courses ou de trouver des restaurants. Le plus du logement de Mario? tout ce qui mis en place pour rendre le séjour agréable (instructions claires et detaillées avec photo, possibilité de parking - attention plutôt petite voiture, possibilité de réserver un taxi...). Et puis on se sent très bien dans l'appartement, très bien équipé.

Nos gustó la casa, la estación de renfe y de autobuses están bastante cerca así que eso fue de mucha ayuda. En cuanto a la estancia, la casa era lo que buscábamos, amplia y cómoda. La atención de Enrique fue de 10 con recomendaciones útiles y respuestas rápidas. Hasta una próxima oportunidad!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. After touring, we enjoyed returning to the comfortable couch where we could rest in the air conditioning before heading off to dinner. We also liked having a glass of wine on the balcony and people watching. The location was great. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. They were also very accommodating and let us leave our bags on the first day while the apartment was being cleaned so we didn't have to deal with storing it anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

The apartment is conveniently located around anything you need, including major malls, restaurants, supermarkets, and steps away from the metro. Wonderful week in Barcelona, less than 10 minute from the metro, easily walkable to poblé-nou, Montjuïc and the national Catalan art museum. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very well equipped

Apartment RITA was a true find. It's in a prime location, across from the beach in Sitges. It is walking distance from many food options. It is tastefully decorated with a patio, on which you can eat, have your coffee, or people-watch. The location is the benefit of this property. It was perfect for our stay in spring and was only an hour train ride to Barcelona. The train station is a short 10-minute walk. I'm sure that it is hotter in Sitges in summer, though the ocean breeze helps to keep it cooler than inland. There is an AC unit in the living area but not one in the bedroom, where there is a ceiling fan. There is a lively night scene in Sitges, That is one of the great things about it. The area can also be loud at night on the weekends. Overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come again.

The place is on the third floor so pack light. There is a lady that is not very friendly that parks her car in front of the door. That does not take away from the luxuries of the beach, the shops. The house is fantastic tic to stay in. We actually wanted to stay for 6 months. That is how much we liked it. Not disappointed or dissatisfied. Great host.

Gabriel is a fantastic host! Very responsive and helpful, always going above and beyond every request we had. The apartment was great, with everything we need for our stay. Clean and with a nice terrace to spend some time outside. The area is very well connected even if a bit far from the city centre but with multiple metro lines it's close to the airport and to the main turistic attraction. Will rebook for sure if I'll be back in barcelona!

Had a lovely stay at Carlos’ place with 6 of my friends. It was absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped and the master bedroom is amazing. Easy to get a taxi or train into Barcelona and very peaceful surroundings.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

Der Check-in mit Roger war super. Er hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Barcelona gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Einrichtung. Besonders die zwei Bäder waren von großem Vorteil. Die Gegend, in der die Wohnung liegt ist sehr schön und man kann alles gut erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt bei Roger sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu dem Preis ist die Wohnung eine absolute Empfehlung.

First of all, I'd like to mention Laura as a great, friendly, and always responsive host who is willing to help at any moment during your stay. The apartment is cozy, very clean, and located near both the beach and the train station. It's a perfect choice for those who enjoy quiet surroundings and are willing to drive 20 minutes to Sitges or about an hour to Barcelona.

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great time here! Paco was so warm and welcoming, making our arrival a joy. The apartment is very spacious, clean and smart, with a lovely balcony perfect for an al fresco breakfast. The area is great as well - peaceful, well served by supermarkets and bakeries, 5 min walk from the beach and easy to get into the city proper via public transport or a 20-30 min stroll. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!
