The stylish renovation adds modern elements with guest comfort in mind. The dreamy rooftop terrace has a vista of clay tile roofs surrounded by a distant patchwork of vineyards. And our community pool is great for a splash.

Casa Ca Baryta

Ca Baryta es una casa de 120 años de tres plantas, cada una de 85m² y propongo la 1era en alquiler. Dispone de 2 habitaciones, cada una con una cama de 140cm. Las dos habitaciones comunican entre sí mediante un espacio con una amplia mesa de trabajo. El resto de la casa la componen un salón, un comedor y una cocina en un solo espacio, y un baño completo. La tercera planta la ocupo yo con mi gata Bidouille. En esta planta hay, a disposición de los huéspedes, una terraza con vistas al campanario.

Fully equipped, it has three spacious bedrooms, a playroom where the little ones can play, three bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a spectacular kitchen. In the garden, there is a large private pool and a very comfortable porch next to an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a gym room with machines. It's never been easier to disconnect!

You can park at the door for free, although there is space to park two cars under a large veranda. Garden with swimming pool and chill-out area. Quiet area 3 minutes from the beach, and supermarkets.
