Holiday rentals with a patio in Vila Real

We loved our stay! It has a great work from home set up, speedy internet and high quality screens. The house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It has a lovely private courtyard with amazing views to the River Douro. We go to Porto every year and this is the best place by far. We will be back!

We loved to stay at Staywell Airbnb, the Airbnb is very cute and makes you feel like home. It was very clean and had everything needed. The communication with the Staywell Team was excellent, we received a lot of recommendations for Porto and the reaction on questions was very fast. From the Airbnb you can easily walk into the city center, the check in was super easy and very well described. Thank you a lot for having us, we enjoyed it a lot!

Wonderful apartment in Porto! We stayed in this apartment for a few days and were absolutely delighted. It’s spacious, stylish, and very cozy—everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the modern interior, comfortable furniture, and impeccable cleanliness. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, always available and provided great recommendations. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would love to stay here again!

As shown in the photos. It is a small apartment, but plenty to spend a few days as a couple (or with a baby as we were). We were provided with high chair and travel crib with linens and towel (paid separately but is a fully accessible price). It is a few meters from the historic center (about 10-15min on foot) and is perfect for going by car since it has parking. Tranquil, do not listen to bustle, nor traffic. Sara and Hugo were very attentive, they were quick to answer any questions and made it easier for us to enter.

Beautiful apartment located a few steps from everything. The host, He, is quick to respond and is very kind. Also, when the blackout was there, it was promptly activated to give us flashlights and lights. Highly recommended!

Claudia and Mario’s apartment was fantastic, it was very centrally located and had fantastic views. As hosts they went above and beyond to communicate with us and provide all the items we needed for our baby, they even came to check we were ok during the nationwide power cut which was really lovely. We would definitely recommend the apartment to those visiting Porto.

Dont look for anything else. This is simply an amazing place. Spotlessly clean and with all the amenities and confort needed. An extra garage was a plus

I had a fantastic stay at Sara's Airbnb! The space was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The lovely garden would have been a perfect spot to relax and unwind if the weather was better. I appreciated the privacy it offered, making it feel like a true home away from home. I had an amazing stay at this airbnb! The house was incredibly cozy, spotless, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t have been better—it was close to everything, making it super convenient to explore the area. On top of that, the host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Accommodation exactly as in the photos, quiet location, practical for being a few meters from a market and other points of interest. About 10 minutes by car to the center of Guimarães. Self check-in was super practical and with the password we had access to the safe with the keys. The house was extremely clean and the central heating was certainly a differential, providing the necessary thermal comfort on the coldest days we were there. When we arrived at the site, the house was already heated! The kitchen is well equipped and served us beyond our expectations. The garage accommodates a large car well, as it has a table for socializing. It's a great family accommodation. If you are looking for tranquility with comfort, this is the ideal space.

Me, my husband and our kitty feel very welcome in the house. Rosa was very polite and friendly. The house is very spacious, ventilated and sunshine. There is a wooded area in the back, great for those who like nature. The weekly cleaning is excellent.

Set in a very beautiful and calm village, the space is wonderful, very welcoming surroundings and a host concerned about the host's well-being. The house is modern, clean, with lots of light and with recent materials. All very clean and careful. The bathroom is very good, with warm water for everyone and towels to be described. They can eat in the kitchen and eat on site, just like they were at home. It has TV with all channels and super fast and intuitive WiFi to call. Account value. I recommend to any family who want to relax and spend a good stay.

Delightful! So wonderful on cold November evenings to arrive and return to a warm home. They had pre-heated the home to create a perfect welcome! I want that shower! The shower is so spacious, easy entry, the drain works perfectly, the water all stays in the shower. Gorgeous view from my bedroom and the balcony. So many restaurants in town. Perfect for easy and scenic round trip drive along the Douro.

Great accommodation. Very well equipped and clean. Isabel was a great host and very responsive. Whilst the loft is not central, the local area is very charming and well connected. We walked into the city centre on most days. I would definitely recommend to others.

We will remember our stay in Porto marked by the blackout that affected all of Portugal. Sophie went out of her way to find solutions for us. The listing matches the photos and is very clean. It felt like home. Subway stations are nearby. Nothing else to say.

Richard has a great place in Porto- on top of a hill with great views. Easy to walk to all the attractions. Richard was incredibly responsive- answering our inquiries within minutes. He also stopped by to bring us the covers for the outdoor furniture- very friendly and helpful.

place and nice and central. host is very nice and responsive. generally I recommend this place. only thing that must be improved is the light in the corridor outside the flat, I stumbled once in the dark and this can be dangerous.

A great find, pristine apartment with so many added touches that made us feel right at home. Plenty of clothes hanging space, spotless kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with personalised towels and bed linen. Our hosts have obviously taken a lot of effort to make us feel right at home and it was greatly appreciated. We had everything we needed. Even tried the pool out and it was lovely and heated which was very much needed for April weather (cold and raining). There was even a local restaurant just opposite that did fantastic local food, you have to give it a try if you stay there.

Ludo is an exceptional host, friendly and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and stylish with a lovely terrace and handy for transport to the centre. Highly recommended!

The apartment has a great location, and although it is in the center, there is no noise. It was clean and ready to welcome us. With all amenities. João, from the beginning, proved to be completely available for whatever was necessary during our stay. I have to thank the couple once again for letting us make their corner, ours too. I recommend it 100% 👌

The accomodation was relly nice and well equiped, close to the main atrractions and the host was receptive. It is a good option to choose for a few days visit in Porto.

Rodrigo was a very attentive host. Suggested sights to visit and great restaurants. We did have an issue with no hot water Wednesday night and contacted Rodrigo. After to trying to reset the heater, and no luck he had a service technician along with himself at the unit at 5pm the next day. The technician could not repair the hot water heater and said he had to order a new board, needless to say he was unable to get the part before our checkout on Saturday. The issue was not Rodrigo’s fault as we know these things happen, however no hot water for 3days is a major inconvenience. Rodrigo was very apologetic and offered us a “fair” compensation for our inconvenience. I assume it will be processed through Airbnb. Our host Rodrigo was an attentive, friendly and a nice person. His home was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and would definitely recommend it.
