Holiday rentals with a patio in Vila Nova de Gaia

This was the perfect spot for checking out Porto. All of the hotspots were within a 10-15 minute walk, with many cafes, pastelarias, and shops being within only a 5 minute walk. Even though it is centrally located in the heart of a busy city, once inside, the apartment has a very private feel with no city sounds whatsoever. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and the host was highly responsive to any questions/comments we had when messaging with her. This is the place you want to book when visiting Porto!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Porto! It’s located in a very cute neighborhood—quietly charming with local character, yet still very accessible to everything you might need. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and pleasant. One of the real highlights is the terrace, which made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine. The apartment is next to a road, so you may hear some traffic, but the windows and doors do a great job of blocking out most of the noise—we had no issues sleeping. The bathroom is clean and modern, with the toilet inside (which is always convenient). The kitchen really impressed us—extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking at home. All in all, a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers!

The great host makes our stay even more comfortable than expected. They are kind and sincere. Great location, very easy to explore Porto. We received a lot of tips from the host. The apartment is cozy and exactly what’s in pictures.a few minutes walk to Jardim Do Morro and Dom Luz 1 and Sunset view point. I’m looking for the next trip to Porto already and want to stay here again. Most recommended!

Excellent property in a prime location. Easy access to all major sites within walking distance, and a very convenient parking lot right next door. We have stayed in several different apartments in Porto, but this one felt like a much more authentic experience and not a cookie cutter remodel like many other listings. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Porto.

The accommodation matches the description: it is functional and well-equipped. Very well located, a stone's throw from the metro that allows you to reach the city centre in less than 5 minutes. It is also close to many shops, which is very convenient. The hosts were very available and responsive throughout the stay. I recommend it!

This place is beautiful! Right in the heart of the older part of town (where you want to be). It’s walkable to almost everything! And the hosts were incredibly helpful. I even called them at one point because I couldn’t find parking- and they guided me to safe affordable parking for the duration of our stay. Fantastic. One of the best places we stayed while in Portugal. The views were amazing. Exactly what we needed before we left Portugal. Thank you again!

Loved the apartment, all the great restaurants we went to were 10 mins to walk. I would recommend the apartment to 2 single travellers or 2 couples. It’s the perfect base to get around Porto.

We had such a wonderful stay at Maria and Ana’s apartment! The apartment actually felt a bit bigger than the pictures showed, and there was a lot of storage space for all our stuff. Maria and Ana have anticipated everything you need so you can just start enjoying Porto. We absolutely LOVED the terrace—perfect spot to have breakfast and relax (the chairs are SUPER comfy). Finally, Maria and Ana were incredibly responsive—we had a few questions and got responses within minutes each time. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this stunning AirBnB in Porto. From the start, the communication was smooth, clear, and warm. When we arrived, the check-in was simply exceptional – we immediately felt welcome, as if we were going to spend the weekend together. Special mention to Ruben, who was much more than a host: he guided us through the city's must-see activities, with kindness and availability, without having to. His help really enriched our on-site experience. Fernanda made all the communication easy to calm us down. Real human values. The neighborhood is secure, charming, and the apartment exudes comfort and good taste. A real gem! We recommend it blindly – if you are looking for a pied-à-terre in Porto, look no further, you've found it!

This apartment was even more beautiful than the photos. It had absolutely everything you could need. Very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and kindly greeted us at check in and provided tips and recommendations as needed. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious and quiet. The street is bland but the sea is so near with great beach cafes. Pretty walk to the old city, or a nice bus ride. Ruben was super nice and helpful.

We had a fabulous week at Lettia. It is about 25 minutes away from downtown Porto and right across the river from Matosinhos; which is a lovely city in itself. There are so many restaurants in the area you can eat in or get take out. The villa was exactly as pictured and our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We had breakfast delivered everyday which consisted of an abundance of breads and pastries and fresh orange juice. They also stocked the fridge prior to our arrival with cheese, fruit, water, milk, ham and yogurt. You are not too far from the beach and can enjoy Leca da Palmeira or the beach in Matosinhos. The e-bikes were great to use to go the grocery store. Rita and her Dad made us feel right at home and were extremely responsive. Thank you for a terrific stay.

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

If I come back to Porto, I will definitely find this accommodation again. I was really comfortable during the 5 days I stayed, and I was happy like it was my own home. The host is friendly, the guidelines are clear, and the bedding is white and very clean. It was the cleanest of all the Airbnb accommodations I've been to, and the bathroom condition was the best. I want to recommend this place to everyone to the point that I want to upload it to my blog. Oh, by the way, it was so nice that the host was Korean.👍🏻

They went above and beyond by sharing fantastic local recommendations and insider tips, which really enriched our trip. The space itself was spotless, bright, and wonderfully spacious. Having our own private pool was an absolute treat, especially during the hot weather. The location couldn’t be better: everything is within walking distance, and public transport is a breeze to use. An amazing place to stay! The flat was lovely and clean, shower was nice and big and the bed was super comfy. Made the most of it being a ground floor flat by sunbathing just outside the little patio area and walking straight to the pool for a dip. Also a great location to walk into town for either the beach, shops or restaurants. Not too far to walk to the supermarket for food either. Adelina was always super quick to reply to messages, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful anytime we did message. Cannot recommend enough!!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Every thing was perfect …

Excellent location and comfortable apartment - we stayed 3 nights, and it is within walking distance of many sights and restaurants, but remarkably quiet given where it is. A small balcony overlooks an interior courtyard. There is a coffee machine/electric kettle for tea, and a laundromat around the corner. Highly recommend.

Rodrigo was a very attentive host. Suggested sights to visit and great restaurants. We did have an issue with no hot water Wednesday night and contacted Rodrigo. After to trying to reset the heater, and no luck he had a service technician along with himself at the unit at 5pm the next day. The technician could not repair the hot water heater and said he had to order a new board, needless to say he was unable to get the part before our checkout on Saturday. The issue was not Rodrigo’s fault as we know these things happen, however no hot water for 3days is a major inconvenience. Rodrigo was very apologetic and offered us a “fair” compensation for our inconvenience. I assume it will be processed through Airbnb. Our host Rodrigo was an attentive, friendly and a nice person. His home was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and would definitely recommend it.
