Holiday rentals with a balcony in Vila Nova de Gaia

You are in the center of old town historical monuments. The washer and dryer saved me. There’s a supermarket about 5mins away. Close to everything and super quiet in the evenings.

Over the past 15+ years I have traveled solo, with my husband or with our kids all over the world and I can say without a doubt that Miguel is the most incredible host we have ever had! In addition, this apartment is the most clean, comfortable, “home away from home” we have ever stayed in. Miguel took the time to provide a custom itinerary, ensured our boys were taken care of, and treated us like family during our entire stay. His hospitality and kindness are actually a reason we are considering now moving to Porto! Cannot recommend Miguel and this apartment enough. You will not be disappointed! Thank you again for everything Miguel!

Lovely apartment, great balcony and great quiet location, walkable distance to most things

Absolutely beautiful apartment, everything looks brand new and the decoration and interior is of a very high standard and amazing finish. Couldn't ask for a more perfect location, close to everything yet was still quiet in the evening. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Upscale and filled with character!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful just like the photos and is spotless. The location is ideally located on a quiet street in the centre of Porto, within walking distance of all main attractions. We had issues with the code for the building not working, however Guest Ready responded within 20 minutes and sent someone to test the lock. They told us that the lock was working fine, but we never managed to get it to work for the whole stay ourselves and had to resort to using an alternative way to get into the building. Some outdoor seating for the balcony would have made the apartment even more perfect, but this didn’t take away from all the other good points making this a 5 star stay for us.

Very good house, easy access, bedrooms and other flawless compartments. Comfortable Lençóis. We slept really well ! It's worth it, since in addition to the common areas there are also games in a separate room. And the isolation of the place is also very good despite being a house next to the other, you don't hear anything outside. Good to listen to a song and relax

We had an amazing stay at this villa for the weekend! The place is beautiful with the best view and although around 45 mins-1 hour from Porto, it was perfect. It had everything we needed and more and the host was super responsive and helped us with a later check out which was great. There is also a gorgeous family owned restaurant right by where the food and people were amazing! Would highly recommend and would 100% come back to this place!

the accommodation is impeccable nothing to say very nice spacious house, you can bring the car into the property, as for Mr. Nuno the owner he welcomed us very warmly and we thank him for all the gifts and the bottle of dry white wine in the fridge which was excellent, and we hope to return as soon as possible 🇵🇹❤️

we had a pleasant stay at this lovely villa. Conveniently located, close to beaches and city center. It is perfectly equipped for a large family and the cleaning is at the top. I'd recommend it without so much as a second

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

In a safe, central location- walking distance to all main attractions. Apartment was decorated in an attractive, modern way and very clean.
