Brilliant accommodation for our family, amazing views, spacious apartment. Really lovely host who was responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

What an amazing Flat by the beach! The flat was perfect, spotless clean and had everything we needed and much more ( bathroom robes, slippers, beach accessories and kids toys..). Andreia was extremely helpful and flexible from the beginning to the end of our stay, we felt like we are in *****spa hotel and very generous with all extra gifts we have received ( lovely welcome snacks and drinks, great selection of toiletries, gifts at the departure…) We loved the beach and large swimming pool, we had amazing time in Mindelo!

Miguel’s flat has everything you need. We made use of the bikes to get to the nearby beaches and city center, had fun playing beach ball and used the kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking. Especially great for two couples since you have some privacy with two separate bathrooms. Would love to come again.

The view from the balcony on the 8th floor with sea views is beautiful. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the historic old town with lovely shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the train station with an excellent train service to Porto. The apartment appears exactly as in the photos, nicely furnished with modern tasteful decor, very clean bathroom with an excellent shower and the contemporary kitchen has everything you need. Nice modern glazed soundproof windows and doors with shutters which made it very quiet at night. We had an enjoyable stay for the week and hope to come again to the area. A beautiful apartment in a quite area of Póvoa withing easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes shops and supermarkets. Noel met us on check in and was on hand to answer any questions, the apartment was equipped with everything you needed for a great stay and a big thankyou for the lovely homemade cake wine and fruit😀

We loved our stay at José’s apartment. The location and view are amazing! We went for walks along the beach and watched the sunset everyday. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. We would love to come back!

La maison est belle, spacieuse et propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, une grande terrasse pour pouvoir déjeuner dehors et un grand jardin permettant quelques activités de plaine air. La piscine est très grande, il y a une grande annexe à la maison servant de salle de jeux pour les enfants (baby-foot, jeux de fléchettes…). Le quartier est calme, à proximité à pied de toutes les commodités : boulanger, boucher, poissonnier, épicerie… et de l’océan. Les parents de Fernando qui nous ont accueillis sont très sympathiques, serviables et à notre écoute. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour.

A casa correspondeu plenamente às expectativas. Dispõe de diversos quartos, uma cozinha bem equipada, mesa de bilhar, ping-pong, matraquilhos e ar condicionado tanto nos quartos como nas restantes áreas da casa. Tivemos oportunidade de usufruir do jacuzzi e da sauna, proporcionando-nos um fim de semana verdadeiramente agradável. Os proprietários revelaram-se extremamente atenciosos, disponibilizando gratuitamente uma máquina de café e duas caixas de café. Infelizmente, não foi possível utilizar a piscina devido às condições meteorológicas desfavoráveis. Sem dúvida, um local a revisitar no futuro.

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Haus mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. es sind vier richtig schöne Doppelzimmer, also für bis zu 8 Personen richtig gut geeignet. Drei Badezimmer, eine große und richtig gut ausgestattete Küche und das Highlight: riesiges Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön angelegt (und es gibt bald auch einen Pool!). Die Lage ist in Ordnung (reine Wohngegend), aber man kann direkt vom Haus sehr schön spazieren und Fahrrad fahren. In 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer und in 45 Minuten in Porto. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe gestaltet und absolut zu empfehlen!

A very nice House with enough space for our family. The host was very accommodating! With a car rental the location of the house is very good reacheable and close to Porto and the Beach. We enjoyed the time and can recommend a stay in this house to everyone.

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Home Essences. We found it even better than the pictures indicated. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and a toddler with everyone having their own private space and bathroom. The set up was perfect. We found it clean and well stocked and would not hesitate to return if given the chance. Joana was an excellent host - very helpful and responsive!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Bardzo mile mieszkanie dla 2 osób, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami - ręczniki, szampon, mydlo, ekspres do kawy, pralka, żelazko. Bardzo mily i pomocny gospodarz, pokazal nam na mapie Porto miejsa warte zwiedzenia, na bieząco odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania - bardzo dobry kontakt. Mieszkanie polożone 500 m od plaży., w bardzo dobrym punkcie komunikacyjnym ( metro, autobusy ) Bardzo polecam .

L'appartamento è attualmente in ristrutturazione e ci è stato dato quello al piano inferiore simile ma con una grande terrazza L'appartamento comunque nuovo, comodo e pulitissimo. Dal 22 al 29 maggio, con mia moglie e mio figlio, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tutti gli elettrodomestici in cucina e nel bagno sono nuovi. Tutta la biancheria, da letto e da bagno, è stata disponibile e perfetta. Letto matrimoniale comodo e grande Inoltre in casa c'è un wi-fi perfetto e veloce e due condizionatori nuovi L'alloggio si trova vicino a Campanha, in una zona tranquilla ed il condominio è molto silenzioso. David è stato gentile e disponibile rispondendo immediatamente alle nostre domande Soggiorno da rifare sicuramente ... Consigliatissimo. Grazie di tutto Prima volta su Airbnb ed è stato tutto fantastico...ho trovato David!!!

Superbe séjour chez Nuno. Logement propre à notre arrivée. Paisible, sans vis à vis et situé à 20 min à pied du centre et à 15 min du métro. Commerces à proximité. Nuno est toujours disponible et réactif.
