A winterized cottage with all the comforts on the lake shore. The cottage's upstairs and downstairs bedroom have double beds and the living room has a sofa that can be spread out to a double bed. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

A bright and tidy two-room apartment with a sauna on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The house, completed in 2019, is in the Rantaraita housing fair area. The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

The illuminated outdoor recreation area of Touruvuori is nearby, and there is a convenience store almost next door. Palokka shopping centre is 2 km away. A wide (LE) parking space for a car near the front door. Master bedroom: double bed 160 cm (can also be separated, see photo). Living room: sofa bed (for two, 140 cm). So, up to 4 people. Electrified cottage with a good lake view. Large terrace, summer kitchen, outdoor sauna, fire pit (by agreement), several campfire sites, gas stove, gas grill, refrigerator and a small freezer compartment. Space for a group of 6 people. There is a rowing boat with an electric motor. Running water from the lake. (There is drinking water in a canister in the cottage.) The sauna has electric travel showers. Fishing in the lake and small game hunting (by agreement) is possible. For long-term guests, laundry service is available.

Kesäaikaan näet ikkunoista vehreitä vaahteroita ja pihatammen oksat, talvella taas läheisen Jyväsjärven jää siintää horisontissa. Majoittujana saat olla omassa rauhassa pienen talon (40m²) suojissa. Moottoritieltä pääset autolla muutamassa minuutissa kohteeseemme, meiltä on 3,5 km Jyväskylän keskustaan.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Enjoy life close to the city center of Jyväskylä, but still on the shore of a scenic lake. The apartment has its own sauna, from which you can go directly to Tuomiojärvi for swimming. Scenic hiking trails also start directly from the plot. Jyväskylä city center is within walking distance. The property has a free carport space near the entrance and plenty of free extra parking space on the other side of the street. Linens and towels are standard.

Traditional log cabin is situated in a very peaceful place by the lake. Lake Konnevesi is very clean and beautiful lake. National Park of Etelä-Konnevesi is founded in 2014. Cottage and sauna are in your use during your stay. Swimming beach is safe for the children. Woods for the sauna and fire place are included. Toilet is in the other building outside the cottage. Rowing boat is in your use during your stay. Pets welcome.
