Ms Paty greeted us like long-lost family, she was incredibly attentive, and her top-notch team made our stay unforgettable. Huge thanks to Maria for keeping everything pristine, and a big shoutout to the beach club team for their exceptional service! Hey, just wanted to remind you about the amazing shrimp ceviche we had. It was seriously the best ceviche I've ever tasted! Huge thanks to the chef for creating such a delicious dish.

This is a truly unique home and setting. Thank you to Alvaro for sharing it! Alvaro and his staff are WONDERFUL, helpful above and beyond any reasonable expectation, making this a most memorable trip for us all. We look forward to returning as soon as we can! A few suggestions for future guests: 1) If you re thinking of staying here, do it. Pictures and reports don't do it justice. 2) Take advantage of the full food service option. I cannot emphasize the importance of this enough. The nearest substantial grocer is ~2-3hrs away over a very bumpy unpaved road. The food prepared by Alvaro's team is delicious. 3) The charm of the home, plantation, beaches and environment is made possible by their remoteness. Even a simple excursion to Tulum consumes a whole day, most of it travel. Relax and enjoy your Sian Ka'an beach home. See the other sights another time. 4) An exception is a Sian Ka'an biopreserve boat tour from Punta Allen. These are wonderful and Punta Allen is only 30 minutes away to the south. 5) Whether or not you let Alvaro's team prepare your meals, you will need to provision your own drinks and snacks. Punt Allen has a liquor and grocery store but you will drive a much bigger and better supplied one as you start your drive through Tulum. 6) Bring a healthy amount of cash (e.g. for tips and activities) as access to ATMs is very limited and time away from San Juan is best kept to a minimum. 7) Relax and enjoy the unique vibe and setting! Six stars from us! We loved everything about our time in Sian Ka'an. A treasure!

Wow! Casa San Juan is an amazing piece of paradise. The staff are the kindest people. The host/owner was equally accommodating and responsive. We are a group of college students on an educational field trip. CSJ made this trip a memorable experience for the group.

We fell in love with Punta Allen. The room we stayed in had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the power went out twice, but it didn't take 3 minutes to come back. The beach area is beautiful, there are loungers, beds, and the palm trees give you the shade you need. Mrs. Paty was attentive when we arrived. The pool is delicious, it is a quiet and relaxing environment

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful complex. It was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was very spacious, there is a large living room with plenty of seating, and a large dining table. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Also there is place to eat by the pool as well. The bathrooms are very nice and one has a very cool outdoor shower! The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was very nice as well. There was a swing and plenty of pool chairs, so it’s a very nice place to relax. The grounds are beautiful and there is inside parking. The town it’s located in does not have much to offer, but it’s a short drive to Tulum and all the tourist sites. But honestly we were so happy that we were not staying in Tulum. If you want be in the area but not in the middle of the tourist traps, then this is a great option for you. We were really happy that we stayed there. We ate at a local seafood/fish restaurant one night and it was delicious and cheap!

We enjoyed our stay very much; the view from the terrace is incredible - you feel as if you were on a real boat in the middle of the ocean and you are put to sleep by the sound of waves. The place (we stayed in the titanic) was clean and looked ever better than on the pictures. We were positively surprised by warm water in the shower and AC. Olga Patricia was very friendly and a great host and the staff at the restaurant very attentive. We stayed for 6 nights and can definitely say it was worth the crazy car ride!

The place looked like the pictures, it was very nice to stay for us as a group. The studios were super nice and very comfortable and for us the kitchen outside and the dinning tables right next to the pool were our spot to hang out and have an amazing family vacation we were a group of 12 that had all the space and facilities to cook, play games, eat and have a lot of fun. Muyil ruins were walking distance and also a lagoon. It was an amazing Christmas vacation for all of us! Definitely will go back, thanks for all the attention to details and all our requests.

Everything was amazing, the location is spectacular. Super recommended!
