It has a very large living - dining - kitchen area, and offers four bedrooms (one with shower on the ground floor) and the landing on the 1st floor which can be transformed into an extra bedroom thanks to its sofa bed. 2 showers and 2 separate toilets. House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Independent studio on the outskirts of Lille Jardin

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!

70 m2 house ideally located in the city center of Croix. You will have access to the entire accommodation. A metro station is a 2-minute walk away that will take you to Lille train stations in 15 minutes. You will appreciate the proximity to many shops.
