Castle holiday rentals in Vienne

We were warmly welcomed by the very likeable Louis and had a wonderful overnight stay in his historic chateau. The stay was interesting and impressive and we like to think back.

Beautiful gite in a fantastic location with lots of character. Well equipped with large fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, new cooker and plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. Swimming pool was very well used in the sweltering temperatures. Pleasant outside eating area with lots of birds, wildlife and views to watch. Excellent host who was very helpful and friendly. Good wifi. Lots of activities to do nearby.

You enter the place , a real story that is told on the walls laden with paintings, photos , unusual objects, perhaps incongruous and unrealistic . You enter a place of sincerity , emotions , great Stories orchestrated by a staggering and admirable couple with their hospitality, sharing and sublime anecdotes. This place by its stones, its architecture, its lively collection, its nature in the image of the Brenne is to live for lovers of encounters. To live for sharing and poetry at the moment

We stayed at the Chateau with our two children and had a wonderful stay. The wine tastings, BBQ- and pizza evenings were amazing. The Chateau is very child friendly and there is plenty to do in the area. Charlotte and Jerome are very kind and friendly hosts. Will definitely go back.

An excellent week at Colette's gite, a beautifully converted traditional building on her family estate, very quiet and comfortable. Colette is an exceptionally charming and kind host. The estate is full of birds, wildlife and lovely walks straight from the door. The nearby small town of Mezieres en Brenne has a good small supermarket. Very close to the walks and bird hides of this area of Parc Naturel de La Brenne. Azay le Ferron, 10 minutes by car, has a delightful small chateau to visit.

We had a great weekend with friends in Marina and Rudolf Castle. Everything lived up to our expectations and we didn't miss anything. Marina is an available , attentive ,very pleasant host and her family is very discreet . Recommended without a second thought

A typical place in an old house that would ask for a restoration but the essentials are there and allow you to have a pleasant time, suitable for a large group. Simple access, A very responsive and attentive host. Good hosting on the premises.

Original cottage. Optimal welcome, view of Chinon and its fortress. Peace of the environment and cherry on the cake: the herd of deer in the castle park. Enough to amaze children. We recommend it.

Very nice weekend spent with friends in Boussay Castle. Impeccable accommodation and very well-equipped accommodation. And as a bonus, the visit with the history of the castle by the owners! We recommend it!

Jacques and family made our stay so welcome, comfortable and easy. They are a charming family with an exceptional place to stay. We loved it and will be back for longer next time!!

Very pleasant stay in this timeless place. The building, although old, was very comfortable, each room having its outbuilding and the owners having the concern to start a fire before we arrived. We had a tour of the place and their history and even the pleasure of meeting the little owl who lives in the garden. Recommended!

We tried to come up with a bad review so we could keep the place our little secret... but we just really loved our stay with Keith and Anita. We went to stay at this lovely and charming chateau for a week and it was all that we hoped for. It is a great place to relax and unwind. We felt very welcome with such friendly hosts, who were always there to give tips for local restaurants, etc. We would love to come back there one day. Tip: we could recommend their homemade afternoon tea.
