I stayed in this temporary apartment and had an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need. Specifically the walk close to the river. The place is very comfortable and well-decorated, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the people are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and well-located place to stay. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this apartment stands out for its comfort and hospitality. It truly made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

It is a nice house, in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarkets, the hosts are more friendly, excellent reception and check-out. We didn't need anything at the house. All the amenities and very comfortable, down to pen cushions!

Nice, roomy guest house with large garage. The host and dog are both friendly. Check out was easy, but check in was more difficult than it needed to be while the host was out of town. The fixes are simple though: have the street number in airbnb match the street number on the house (720, not 120) and write down the internet log-in information in the apartment or on airbnb's website.

We had a spectacular stay!!! Marcela's house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, with spacious spaces and has everything you need and more, so you can enjoy!!! The pool is dreamed, enjoyed at all times and helps a lot when the wind makes it difficult to be on the beach. It is located in a quiet place, with a patio with a lot of greenery and for us who travel with pets, being closed, it was a plus!! Marcela is an excellent host, very kind, sweet, she cared for us at all times, even bought fans in case we were ever needed, even though the house is very cool. We always maintained very good communication, being flexible with the departure times, which allowed us to travel quietly. I definitely recommend it to 100 and I just hope to come back very soon!!! Thank you for everything!!

We stayed at Mariano en Viedma's apartment and everything was excellent. The place is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well located. The communication with Mariano was very smooth and was always available for any questions. We definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Beautiful house, there's all the necessary even some basic food. Beatriz was very hospitable. She was attentive to everything just a little cold at night, but the weather could not be expected. It is not very close to downtown, but in Viedma everything is close if you drive. Detail: Very small shower sector However, everything works perfect.

Beautiful stay, all the comforts for a very harmonious rest, ideal. The house is equipped and complete, it also has board games that gives a special homely touch ☺️ the location is spectacular, with markets close by and entrance to its beaches. Your super friendly hosts and management at all times, more than grateful for your hospitality, eager to return!

The apartment is very well located, near the river, restaurants, supermarkets and there are public service buses that pass in front of the apartment. The apartment has everything you may need during your stay in Viedma. We feel at home. There are taxis just around the corner because the hospital is there. Fabián is an excellent person, he helped us a lot during our stay as due to the flooding in Bahía Blanca we were unable to travel there. She was very attentive to help us to get another accommodation as well as means of transport to continue our trip. We definitely recommend staying in this apartment. I give them a 10/10 score.
