My house is inserted in a rural space with several places of interest such as the PINCHO waterfall, THE MONASTERY OF S. JOÃO D'ARGA and the mountains, here you will find the peace you need with all the amenities, and if you want to get to know the area, there are several cities and towns nearby.

Alojamento Local Ferros is a restored old house located in the historic center of Viana do Castelo, in Praça da República. One of the walls of the house is from the Viana do Castelo wall. (medieval village of Viana do Castelo). The house has two floors, is located on a pedestrian street, has good restaurants and cafes, a bookstore, museums, shops and services nearby. THE HOUSE HAS STAIRS. IT IS UNSUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND/OR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO GO UP AND DOWN STAIRS.

Apt T1 at 68m2 at the best location at Viana do Castelo. To get an idea of the space and its distribution, I advise you to view the photos. There is an interior space with a double bed and two single beds in the living room. It is located in front of the ship Gil Eannes, in Largo Vasco da Gama, in the heart of the city. Very quiet area that allows for the desired rest. The apt is located in a building facing the Lima River, with a beautiful facade. The space is new, built from scratch in 2019.

My place is wonderful for families looking for peace and quiet. A few minutes from Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Esposende or the oldest village in Portugal, Ponte de Lima. Excellent for families with children. Surrounded by green fields and woods, the Atlantic Ocean is also about 10 minutes away, with fabulous beaches between Esposende, Viana do Castelo or Moledo. The Gerês mountain range is about 40 minutes away. The city of Braga is about 30 km away and Spain is 35 km away.
