Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

You'll love our place and appreciate the tranquility and coziness. Our apartment is for couples and families with children. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Andeer spa and is an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing and much more. Shopping and cozy restaurants can be found in a few minutes or by car in the area. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached via the stairs or the elevator from the first floor or the underground car park.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.

The apartment is perfect for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink are within a 3-minute walk.
