We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. New home! Our home, recently restored, is located in a magical place a few meters from the Colosseum. In a very central area but in a secret garden of an ancient convent. Our house is rich in history, built on the ruins of the Domus Aurea, the ancient villa of Nero, a few meters from the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, which houses the famous Mose' by Michelangelo. On our panoramic terrace, where you will see the green trees of Colle Oppio, you will enjoy moments of peace and relaxation!

There are many reasons to stay The first is the tranquility: the apartment is in the center of the village, where access is only on foot. The apartment has recently been renovated with a characteristic wooden ceiling and parts of the walls have exposed stone, the staircase that leads from one floor to another is made of wood with original beams from the period. On each floor there is a bathroom (one on the first floor) and a bathroom with shower on the mezzanine floor.
