Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Masaryk Apartment

A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cosy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic centre of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. The standout feature of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while they're away.

Budka Borůvčí / Birdhouse the Blueberry

The larch mini house in the forest oasis is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin linen, a kitchenette, a flushing toilet. In the living area there is a dining table, stove and sitting window overlooking the trees and a birch balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find a cozy bedroom. We're on the outskirts of town, right next to the woods. Breakfast made from selected organic local ingredients is waiting in the fridge for a slow and comfortable morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy cooking.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping areas. Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.
