A 70m2 cottage with all the charm of the old, located on the ground floor of our house, where we live, which dates from the 18th century. Private terrace with spa overlooking a large shared garden where you may come across our cats. Separate entrance. Open-plan kitchen, large living room. The adjoining gîte "Le cyprès" is located on the pretty tree-lined square of "La Mouline", open to traffic. It's an old renovated Périgord house, ideal for visiting. It is located next to the lake (with walking access by footpath, swimming, fishing) and the tennis court. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped.
