Recommended place to stay with families

Four of us stayed at Ryan’s place for a girl’s weekend and it was fantastic. The home needs some cosmetic updating but that mattered not at all to us- the place was clean and perfect for us to just hang out. The views are beautiful and it’s an easy drive to downtown Galena. We especially loved how there are labels on things in the kitchen and light switches to make it easy to know where to put things or what turns something on, etc. We also loved being able to leave the house at check out and not have a laundry list of things we must do to clean up. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, so make sure if you are coming you bring your own. We just borrowed from a neighbor until we could get into town and buy some. Our stay couldn’t have been better and we so appreciate the hospitality.

Beautiful home, with awesome view of golf course. Plenty of space to move about , large deck to sit and relax. Alex was very accommodating on check in time and was very responsive. Gave us detailed instructions for checking in and checking out. Lighting was labeled so there was no guessing on which switches controlled which lighting which was very helpful

Oh boy a must stay we walked in and absolutely Beautiful!!! All our needs were met!!! Jacuzzi was so nice with fun lights!! Just so pretty!!! Would stay again loved it!!♥️

Beautiful place, perfect for a girls’ weekend! The Airbnb was gorgeous, super cozy, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. We had such a fun and relaxing time—especially hanging out by the pool! Honestly, we regret not booking an extra night. Everything was clean, well set up, and just what we needed. The host even left us a sweet gift bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. Would totally stay here again!

Great weekend getaway. Kelly was the greatest host. Kelly was very accomodating for my elderly Dad & I. Beautiful house & great scenery. If you like peace & quiet, Kelly's house is it. Everything felt like I was at home. Returning in August.

We had such a unique and fun experience at this Airbnb! Loved the location in downtown Rockford — we walked to coffee every morning and enjoyed the central location. My four year old was especially thrilled with the pac man game and opportunity to paint. Would stay again!

Katherine was very responsive and flexible with our families needs! She gave a wonderful recommendation for dinner and was incredibly accommodating with very short notice. The neighborhood was great, it was a quiet home and the kids felt great during our stay! We would recommend and will likely reach out if we’re in the area again!

Was in town for the wedding of a graduate school buddy, and Aleen's BNB was a perfect spot from which to relive the old days and good times. Extremely cozy, with beautiful views of Lake Mendota and easy access to nearby favorites including The Bou. Highly recommend.

Joseph was quick to respond when we had any questions about our stay. Joseph was notified we would be traveling with our infant and immediately purchased a high chair to help accommodate for our baby!

From making the reservation through check out Mary was great to work with. The property is just as described and a wonderful accommodation for a bachelorette gathering of 9+1 infant. The house was well furnished with comfortable beds and lots of extras that made our stay extra special. Having private parking was a big plus. The house is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Our group loved the private porch area for gathering. We never ran out of things to do! We highly recommend the Rowhouse and Galena for a fun weekend getaway.

The house is in a neighborhood of nice homes, peaceful and walkable. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so well organized with everything you need and the bathrooms were spotless. It’s in a perfect location to restaurants. Highly recommend and will reserve again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute house. My dog appreciated the large fenced-in yard! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. I loved the quiet, tree-lined neighborhood which is walking distance to Lake Monona. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I visited this rental for the first time recently and fell in love. It was close to our family but decent space to relax and was quite! I would 100% recommend this rental and the owner was SO helpful and responsive. Couldn’t recommend a better place in the area!

It’s a great place to meet up with your friends to enjoy each other’s company. Not too far from the downtown and local restaurants.
