an excellent family home, with a lot of charm and super nice. The 5 rooms are excellent, everyone has their touch of glamour and has several bathrooms, maybe one of them would need a longer curtain but all very good and complete. The social area is pleasant, good living and a good dining room integrated into the kitchen. Despite being December, we were able to enjoy the garden and the terrace, very nice and very green. The heating is perfect and the owner who lives in front of the owner who lives in front of how the we were going through. Maybe because it was from RIoja and good wine consumers and being in the party period we needed drinks. The house does not have a drink, I imagine how many will have broken them in previous rentals. Although per old night they left us the detail of a few plastic cups for cava that worked for the toast. The beautiful village, the area of the spectacular house, with very well-kept gardens, Lanes is very close and the silence is magical. A family house to repeat

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cottage. The very well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and swimming pool very well cared for, and the neighbor's dog is very friendly. There are amazing landscapes around the area (we went to a beautiful waterfall). But above all, I would highlight the kindness and good communication with Veronica, she was very flexible and she was attentive to us when we needed it for punctual issues. ☺️ We would definitely repeat in this dream house ❤️ Thank you!!!

She was an amazing host. Met us at the Airbnb to welcome us in and showed us around. Very responsive and lovely. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

We stayed with three small children for four nights. The house and garden is exactly as described. We walked to the town and beach a few times (10-15 minutes walk with small children), and drove a few times as well when the children were tired. Parking in Somo is straightforward. Maria was extremely welcoming and very responsive. She kindly prepared the house to make it welcoming for the children.

All perfect, the unbeatable landscapes and super cozy accommodation. Can't wait to be back.

We went to spend the weekend in a gang, we wanted something quiet and secluded since we didn't want to bother and it was certainly the perfect choice. The surroundings have super cool paths to go with the family and you can breathe a wonderful environment. Jessica the host was not able to give us better service, attentive and facilitating any kind of questions at all times. The entrance was super simple it has a key box and you don't need to be aware of the time for you to give you the keys and the same for the check-out. It should also be noted that it was super flexible in schedules and it is seen that everything does with affection, the rooms were super well prepared , everything super clean and smelled rich. We were able to enjoy little of the outside due to the weather but we have stayed wanting to repeat because with solazo it must be a wonder, barbecue, a huge garden and all the comforts to enjoy a different end to the outdoors. The house is a 10 and she another 10.

Best of all is definitely the surroundings. Getting up in the mornings and having those views is priceless. It has many options to enjoy the house and the garden, such as the ping pong table, the pool… It has many rooms with double bed, although the kitchen is a little small is more than enough for 10 people. As for the location, if you are looking for tranquility and disconnection it is the right place, since in the surroundings there are not many options of restaurants and so on, but 15 min by car you find everything. I would recommend it without a doubt.

We had a great time at this rental house which was simply at its best! It was true to our expectations, clean, very well-equipped and very comfortable. Luis was an amazing host and the property was great. Luis gave us information on the area, took time to show me around and details of taxi firms and restaurants to eat at. Would recommend this villa to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Perfect spot, close to the beach and close to beautiful locations. no need for a car as there is a supermaret, beach and restaurants close by.

We felt very comfortable in Isabel's house. She was very helpful at all times and gave us a lot of flexibility to get in and out. She explained everything upon arrival at the house and I left us some great cookies. Thank you! There is no coverage inside the house, but in that place I assure you that we did not miss it.

To start the owner, Fátima. What a great woman!! She cared about everything. We had some health issues and it was always for whatever it was needed. You set the bar very high. Thank you Fátima for everything!! The house is very comfortable, with very comfortable beds, bathrooms in perfect condition and patio to relax. Large kitchen with all the belongings and care. Very well located. 15 minutes from Santander, 5 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants, and 10 minutes from a Hospital. Area is very quiet. Playas and beautiful villages half an hour away. Without a doubt, if we return, we'll stay here!!

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days of rest and disconnection. It has everything necessary and also has recreational areas and swimming pool, which allows you to do different activities. The house is very spacious and has a very large parking lot. On the other hand, communication and attention from the host has been unbeatable at all times, totally recommended.

We have taken a family trip and are all delighted with the accommodation. The house is in a very quiet area, ideal for children. Also the host was very friendly and was responding to us immediately. Totally recommended!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.
