I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and not far from Santa Fe. Host were nice and helpful if I had any questions . Overall will stay again in the future. Loved the beautiful on the balcony as well

Location is friendly and safe. It was great to explore the nearby area and then easy Ubers to Poblado and the other funner areas. Very nice support staff.

Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from 23 to 27 May. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request garbage bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation, making it difficult to use, especially when tidying up my makeup bag, as it got all wet.😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. the building has lots to offer, there are restaurants near by and its easy to walk everywhere

I rated my experience here 5 star because of the host/staff. Very commutative and accommodating. The loft well this Old Girl is getting a little long in the tooth. Everything works but it needs an update or refresh. I think that would make it more comfortable and modern.

Juan Guillermo's house is a wonderful place… very spacious and with very nice designs. The weather was perfect, Juan Guillermo's hospitality was very good. It's an absolutely recommended place to take a break and spend a few days.

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

A very peaceful place, the view is beautiful and relaxing. It is located in a closed unit and however the lot is very private, very close to Retiro Park and many places in the Antioquia Orient. A good place to rest and connect with nature.

Our experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was immaculately clean, very well cared for, and with all the details you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, and very easy to get around. What we want to highlight most is the friendliness and service of the host. She was attentive from the first moment, always willing to help and make us feel at home. You can tell he really cares about providing a quality experience. 100% recommended. I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.
