# El Poblado Apartment Review Stunning apartment with amazing views, exactly as advertised. Perfect workspace for digital nomads with a nice-sized table. Quiet yet walkable neighborhood with stores, pharmacy and mall just across the street. Daniel provided excellent, responsive communication throughout my stay. Only minor drawback was the lack of a TV in living room (bedroom only), but who stays inside with all Medellín has to offer? Highly recommended! Daniel and his team are great!!!!

Overall wonderful studio apartment in Sabaneta. It's a super convenient location. There was a bit of noise and the bed was slightly hard. Other than that had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Andres Felipe and Felbrania were especially helpful — they quickly smoothed out any small issues and made sure everything was resolved without hassle. The security and building staff were also excellent — always polite, professional, and clearly on top of their game. The apartment itself was situated on a high floor, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable space to relax. The location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and tourist activities — a big plus for anyone looking to explore the area. The only minor downside was that the pool was occasionally unavailable during peak hours due to maintenance. However, this didn’t significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

The host is always attentive to the needs and/or questions that may arise, and is very attentive to detail. The apartment is always impeccable and has everything you need to feel at home. I usually travel with my children so this apartment is one of my favorites because we are comfortable, the place is very close to what we need, it is safe, the building staff are very friendly and the host communicates very well. I recommend it

Clean place and a great spot to stay at with a restaurant and great front desk workers

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

Wow! What an amazing place for a bachelor’s party! I was tasked with taking care of 10 guys and throwing a memorable party. Not only was the Penthouse incredible, but Carlos was indispensable for us all. We literally showed up to a pool party (let your imagination run wild😊 We had access to everything a bachelor party needs. Carlos also owns a taxi company so was able to run guys and gals around with an excellent staff (the property is also owned by an American). The pool view is incredible, and you’ll see a massive statue of Pablo Escobar+ his wife and kids upon entering the property (incredible history). The place is huge and comfortable with fast internet for those who also had to put in work. Lots of bedrooms too. I recommend this property and the staff highly. Since I was responsible for setting this up, I was worried about everything: getting ripped off, robbed, and just looking bad in general. When we got there to a ready-made pool party, I was an instant legend. Perfect!

We love to the finca!! I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Jaime the host was great and very responsive. We loved the decor and attention to detail, from the pickleball courts, to the temperature controlled pool, to the lights at night. Every corner of the house had a beautiful seating area.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
