Beachfront holiday rental in Vera-Playa

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. One minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants. Jose Antonio was a fabulous host. Would recommend.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!

AJ is responsive and clear , his apartment equipped and well arranged, contributes a lot to the quality of my sports stays. good location as you can shop, restaurants and the beach on foot!

we were 3 days in the apartment and we charm, it has everything you need and the proximity of the beach too, Miguel Angel responds quickly and I advise us at all times, we give him a 10.

Everything was great. The deal with Thérèse was very pleasant and close. The apartment is nicely located and the photos do total justice to what it really is. Even though the previous tenants left the apartment later than the scheduled time, the accommodation was quite clean and tidy. Totally recommended!

Very happy with the experience, we were a group of friends spending a quiet stay and it was excellent. Maria was always attentive to any questions we had and very attentive to everything, in addition to being very nice. The location is great for whatever plans you want to make, close to everything. The apartment was very complete and the pool was perfect for spending the afternoons, with it right below the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Cozy place with views and very relaxing environment to disconnect. Magnificent design and cozy place. It would be worth repeating.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos,was easy to find and walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants.We had a car and visited many places along the coast and up to Mojácar Peublo.Jesus gave us some lovely places to visit,we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s out of season but that looked nice. Absolutely no complaints from us.Thanks very much.

Francisco’s place is located in a very nice urbanization with an enormous swimming pool! It is also close to the beach! Francisco is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and give suggestions on things to do in the area. The inside of the apartment is decorated with taste and is very comfortable. The air conditioning was definitely a plus!

Wonderful stay in Mojacar. Quiet and family-friendly development. The house is great, very clean and with everything you need. The beach was just a few meters from the house. The pool in the residential complex is fabulous. The kindness of the hosts is noteworthy, always willing to help and with a lot of detail. They made us feel right at home. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

Francisco proved to be a great host, helpful and his explanations were clear and exhaustive. Key pick-up was really quick and easy. The place was clean and the location is close to the beach. The property's indoor pool is very nice, a great place to relax in case of strong wind. I highly recommend the place.

Large spacious apartment..With proximity to everything...

Right from accommodating our late arrival with someone to meet us and show us the apartment to allowing us to have a let checkout Soledad Jimenez was the perfect host! The apartment has all the things you need for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Vera Playa. Easy access to the beach and good local restaurants/bars. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment.

The experience is great , the ideal apartment and there is no lack of detail, clean and cozy, and tastefully decorated the very kind host and the contact that also received us great. We will repeat we loved it.

I was very comfortable in Laura's apartment. The place is fantastic, literally on the beach. It's been a great few days, sleeping with the sound of the sea. The apartment was exactly as expected. The bed is spacious and comfortable, more than enough place to store my things. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The dinners on the terrace are very nice. Being on the corner of the garden you have quite a bit of privacy. Laura has been very kind, she was very attentive until she made sure everything was fine and gave us facilities in the schedules. I would definitely recommend the place, and if I can, I'll be back.
