Hillside Getaway w/ pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE

Aspen Hills Getaway

Escape from the city and relax in the country. This self enclosed, two bedroom unit within our home awaits you for your getaway weekend or retreat. While we back acres of nature and open space, we are only ten minutes from downtown Moorpark. The pool is heated by the sun, so only warm in the summer. Ten minutes from train station. NOTE: NO full kitchen; unit has mini fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee/tea station.

Really cool 2 bedroom, close to the beach!

My two bedroom apartment is all on the 2nd floor of the building. You will like it because it is close to the Oxnard harbor and beaches. My place is 35 minutes to Malibu and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara :) Note: The front door of this condo faces an alley. There is potential for noise from the neighbors and also noise from cars passing by.
